Following on from part 21 as it is about to become full! 😊

@Mumofepilepsy Ah f**k I just checked and I only named the first page, not the others, hoping they haven't lost them I sent in 10 extra a4s pages full of answers

@Mumofepilepsy youll definitely get awarded so you don’t need to worry, it’s awful to hear what ur going thru and I hope you get the good news you deserve. Mine got diagnosed with anorexia, the ceds team have done no counselling they’re just telling her to eat and now her situation has got deeper where she’s at risk of harming herself but I didn’t put that in the forms cause it’s only started happening in the last couple of weeks

@Louboo09 its so hard isn’t it !!! When our children in pain and we can’t help them. It makes me feel useless when am in the hospital I just want to get her and run away. Had a very helpful lady when I called to see if they'd received the extra evidence. They've gotten some but not all, hoping the rest turns up. I updated her that DC has deteriorated since sending the forms, in terms of sleep must've got 5 hours broken last night if that. She made a note awaiting evidence, restlessness and anxiety at night and that I'm awaiting night time meds just low dose see if it helps getting a decent night for school. Her signal was bad and she said don't try to call me back and be on hold, I'll call you straight back. Made a nice change x

I don’t understand how there’s so many Aug dates on the Facebook page have got their decision

@Mumofepilepsy i think there should be 1 pile and who’s on shift that day should work off the same pile, the system is not fairy

Anyone had uc backdated sorted yet? Just wondering how long people have been waiting for confirmation of backpayment after them saying its going to a dm? Thanks xxx

I have seen mention of UC being backdated, with DLA award? Do UC backdate too for disabled child allowance once awarded DLA, or have I misunderstood? I know I need to inform UC if my daughter gets awarded, but not sure if its back dated along with the back dated payment of the DLA award???

Yes the disabled child element is backdated to start of dla claim x also the carers element if you're not already claiming it @Emsale83

@Mumofepilepsy @MangoPepsiLover check ur banks I’ve been awarded , no text but the money is in my bank, looks like lrc which is what I was expecting , now just wait for the letter to come so I can update my uc xx

Do I have to wait for the letter to come to let uc know? I worked it out it’s been backdated to wen I rang for my forms in June, plus £10 extra I assume that’s the Xmas bonus

@MangoPepsiLover let ne know how you get on with the phone call, it’s an awful wait and I told myself it was a decline too so was shocked to see the money. I’m sure you have nothing to worry about, fingers crossed you hear something x

I updated everything with just the rates that they told me as the letter can take 2 weeks & uc aren’t that quick at backdated going off this thread, massive good luck if u ring @MangoPepsiLover

@crazytimes20 We’re the same scan and text dates. I’m going to call tomorrow if I’ve not heard anything by the end of today.
