on Hold 18mins atm
want to see where we’re at before I send extra evidence
to say I feel sick is a understatement…. Not even sure why since I’m sure we’re weeks away from a decision 😂

I called 9 on the dot I’m still on hold longest iv waited at 9am xxxxx

I’ve just got through scan date 7/7 and she wouldn’t even tell me whethers it with a decision maker or not. Said “it makes people think a decision is going to be made soon and it isn’t the case” so wouldn’t tell me Ffs. I’ll call tomorrow then no probs 😂

Morning all, just got off the phone scan date 13/07 was phoning to see if extra info/evidence had been scanned on but was told it will have gone to the mail office and will be in a pile waiting to be opened and could not say how long that could take, and that claims are taking 18 weeks to be allocated to a dm and then not to expect a decision until 1 to 2 weeks after, the wait is so long, good luck to all today 😊

That is ridiculous! I cannot believe she would even tell you! That's making me think maybe it is though 👀 and she's thinking if she says yes you'll ring everyday so just say oh it doesn't make it go faster! But if it wasn't surely she'd just have said no 🤔🤣 thats my thinking anyways hahaha xx

Hahaha, it’s no bother to me. If she had said it was I’d of left it till Friday but her reverse logic has got me ringing everyday now until someone tells me 😂😂😂

Honestly I was tempted to ring back Thursday because the person I spoke to in the morning left me more confused than anything!
Like @Rebeccanew said we have all been told 15 weeks in writing, so phone as much as you need.
Thank you! I really am, the money will definitely be help getting him the things he needs as and when rather than having to plan and move things around.
