Hi, my wait was 18 weeks to the day from my scan date.

The lady I spoke to on Friday said mine would be there Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

It could have happened Friday after you called! I called last Thursday and was told no decision I'm sure he said it wasn't even with a dm yet, called Friday morning and we had been awarded!

Girls weather yous are 14 weeks or 17 or 18 if yous want to call give them a call! Don’t feel like yous can’t remember this is there job also bare in mind they told us all 15 weeks so it’s over we’re entitled to ring….in ringing every 2 days 😅 good luck everyone this week lots positive vibes! @Tmxx my scan date is tomorrow 10/7 I know mine isn’t probleys this week but I’ll hound them 😅😅😅😅 I feel like it’s become a thing to ring lol! What’s your scan date hun? If your head telling you give them a call lovely! Good luck also ❤️ xx

Oh my god mine is 11/07!! So we are literally a day apart! I've only rang once before and that was last Monday! I'm thinking I'll ring today see what they say then again next Monday of nothing this week then I feel next week is going to be the week so probably every morning next week 😅 xx

@Kyarcy1316 Thanks hun. I actually rung twice on Friday 🤦‍♀️ the last time I got through just before 5pm, feel like a stalker haha! Yeah I’m hoping they have news today as this is killing me!! Xx congrats on your award though you must be so relieved xx

@Tmxx wow one day apart so we will hear most likely give or take day or 2 difference I hope hun! I’m thinking this week to go to decision maker and next week hopefully a decision we’ll I’m wishful thinking lol I’m currently hold 9am best time to ring lovely xxxxx

On hold now they’ve changed the auto recorded message to say 15 weeks 😂 jokers

Just as happened to someone else, I called and someone answered by 9.01, but they said it was new claims...think I pressed options too quickly and got put through to the wrong place...the recorded messages have changed. Cheeky updating it now to say 15 weeks when the advisors are telling people 18-19! I'm not expecting to have any news but thought I might as well call.

@Rebeccanew will do! Already dreading it! When I got threw to the wrong department the man already sounded annoyed and huffy let alone when I get threw to these and they know they've told last week 18 weeks 😅 xx

I’m on hold now. I’m 17 weeks + 3 days (scan date 7/7). That new automated message about 15 weeks is a joke lol, if only it was 15 weeks 😂

I hate when you get a rude person like they wouldn’t have a job if we didn’t ring it’s there job xxxxx

Oh my god it happened again 🙈 pressing options way too early and got threw to the wrong person twice 😅 just tried with the right options and it told me everyone was busy and hung up!? What is going on! Xx

Rang bang on 9am and straight through (there's a new message saying it is taking 15 weeks and not to call before then...)

20 weeks today since scan date 19/6
Decision made on 2/11 - HRM & MRC
Back pay should arrive tomorrow

Off to have a bit of a cry now

Got through within 8 minutes. Still no evidence scanned on I said I will just keep ringing hourly until you put a note on to say you have recieved it as I have the signed for proof for extra evidence over 4 weeks ago. she's sighed an said fine I'll put a note but wait another week. That will take me.over 19 weeks.

If the new message now states 15 weeks don't hold back calling and if an advisor tries to say 18 weeks plus tell them.about the msg I'd say

Oh my god 20 past and only just on hold! Tried 5 times before this, first 2 I pressed options too quickly and the next 3 it wouldn't even let me hold just said everyone is busy then cut off! Xx
