im sooo nervous now waiting and when I call but they should make the system more efficient

yeah. I’ve emailed in a complaint already due to the forever changing dates we get told and no clarity between operators that answer each day. I don’t mind waiting if we have a clear path forward and good communication. I’m hoping we have a decision and get told rates tomorrow

4/7 hoping for a decision this week!!! will be ringing everyday

Hi what seems to be the most regular wsit for everyone thats been awarded!? Was it more near the 18 weeks or 17? Xx

Lately it seems the decisions are being made around 18 weeks x

Hi guys just a quick question. Does back pay usually go in at midnight or is it anytime throughout the day? My son was awarded last Wednesday so was thinking back pay would go in today but havnt had anything

I want to call today so bad but I know its absolutely pointless as I'm not 17 weeks until tomorrow! Do I just call and know they will say nothings changed or do I hold out 🤔🤣 argh this is so stressful! Xx

@Tmxx if your desperate give them a call but from my experience and others responses on here it’s probably only just going to DM this week. If you can bear it to wait I’d say call Friday and you might even have a decision at that point.

@Yicker97 well exactly there is a clear lack of communication and clarity it wouldn’t be as bad if they all sang from the same hymn sheet but fingers crossed for today

Going to call again at 9am see if they've found my evidence yet. Sick of being fobbed off, ringing every 2 to 3 days. I'm over 18 weeks now too and I do believe the evidence I have will make a huge difference ( senco and peadeatric report) let's hope with it being 4 weeks they can locate it!! I will be so upset if I have to do a MR because they've misplaced or lost evidence. It says signed for by them. Anyway. Good luck all waiting

I'm so tempted to call today but I'm only at 14 weeks so there's absolutely no point what so ever, the wait is agonising! 😂

5/7 last text 2/10 so 18 weeks Wednesday and 5 weeks today from last text might wait till Wednesday to call

I was thinking I could be this week with 11/7 scan date but seems its definitly not going to be until next week with where there currently working at! Xx

I did call Friday and was told it going to be another week but surely it should be this week by now. Just wanna know if a decline I can get the next steps started
