@Star2386 I’m sorry I remember reading that someone had been advised to look at the websites. Have you managed to get everything in and sorted?

Rebeccanew · 03/11/2023 17:19

@JIAmummy shocked all that evidence and they say you don’t meet criteria wow! It’s so frustrating after all the wait too! Defo take it for a MR xxxx

Watso2408 · 03/11/2023 12:09

@Mrsstephens04 as long as you’ve wrote British on the other question, you’ll be fine. I’m not going to ring again as I haven’t got time during work to be on hold for a lengthy time. Luckily I’m on half term this week xx

I might just leave it then in sure they will contact me if need be 🤣 I did put British kn the other questions. I understood that one 🤣🤣 I may ring around week 17 3 and a half weeks ish to see if there's any update xx

We got our renewal letter through today. Submitted it about 9 weeks ago in case anyone is interested re renewal times.

DD got middle rate care and lower rate mobility. This is an increase as she didn't get anything for mobility when we applied when she was 5. I'm so relieved and don't really have anyone to tell in real life (apart from DH).

Rebeccanew · 03/11/2023 19:50

Well done on your renewal ❤️@WhatAreYouAllAbout xxxx

Mummyrach13 · 03/11/2023 19:57

well done on your Renewal @WhatAreYouAllAbout I can imagine when it’s renewal time all this anxiety and stress will begin again 😬😂 x

Thank you both ❤️

The renewal is stressing and draining but the initial application is the worst I think.

Good luck to all who are waiting to hear Flowers

Scan date 18/ 7
School just sent off for adhd diagnosis pathway.
Sent detailed form sleeping eating daily etc and sent iep reports and ot appointment as didn't have much else.
Ep report due after 22nd Nov and then confirmation letter of referral also due. Can use these for MR if needed.
I am really hoping for an award. My daughter is obsessed with dogs and they really calm her down. I'm hoping for an award so I can spend the money on a therapy dog for her.
I already spends loads on swimming, football and after school clubs to try and keep her as occupied as possible. The clubs she is in are specifically for children with needs so they are really beneficial for her but it costs me a fortune.
Really hoping my evidence is enough xxxx

Loopy2406 · 03/11/2023 21:55

My daughter was awarded either today or yesterday, any idea what day I may receive backpay please? How long did other peoples take? Xx

For anyone waiting on UC.
I definitely would hound the hell out them, I've left 4 messages this week and finally got a reply today.. once you get a reply from someone from Nottingham, you can usually reply to them constantly.

How do I know if I’d be entitled to the carers element of UC?
also has anyone applied for a blue badge, can I do that now we have HRM? Thank you

You’re entitled to the carers element if your DC receives MRC or HRC. If it’s LRC then you’re only entitled to the disabled child element.

All blue badges depend on your LA and what the criteria is as every area is different. Have a look on your LA’s website and it’ll inform you on whether you qualify and how to apply

BoyMumGirlMum2022 · 04/11/2023 00:16

@Mummyrach13 yeah, it'll be 5 weeks tomorrow I reported the change. Its a joke isn't it. So they'll owe me 5 months of CE & 4 months of DCE as they paid me that last month.
