Anyone still waiting for a COC ?? My scan date is 9/6 not heard anything yet only 2 letters, one in June and one in July, no texts at all xx

I'm waiting scan date 17/5 not has a thing no letter no text I had to ring to make sure they recieved it xx 22 weeks Wednesday I don't no why there taking so long x

Awarded yesterday for hrc and lrm no text message.thank god been a lot of stressful weeks 😄😄

Has anyone on here had there back pay from uc yet I've had the letter saying they will back date till 17th April but that was 2 days ago nothing since x

@Oxonc3 ours took 11 weeks. Runs out 9th Nov, we have been awarded again

Thanks @xxAmy Ours runs out mid November, I sent it off a week ago - stupid as have had it ages. Hopefully will get processed before it lapses….. I was a bit overwhelmed and felt too difficult to fill it all in again.

@Oxonc3 i found the bigger form easier to fill in than the renewal! I had a text message to confirm, if you ring they will let you know if it will be a new claim or a renewal. I have everything crossed for you x

I informed them on 30th, they responded on 9th to say it will be backdated, gone to case manager to calculate the payment. Heard nothing since. Statement on today and the elements have been added for this last month.
Got a feeling I'm in for a long wait again.

Hi hun my payment for back pay goes in tomorrow was sent yesterday I'd ring uc because the man I spoke to said once the letter is up saying your entitled to back pay it should only take a week no longer x

Is that the letter with the amount? I've just had the one saying it will be back dated but no amount calculated yet. I'll give them a ring tomorrow as working all day today. Thank you 😊

So they sent me a letter on my journal Tuesday evening by Wednesday they wrote in my journal what back pay I had and sent the letter there said it would be in bank in 2 working days so would be tomorrow x

Great news! I'll chase it up with them tomorrow. Letter confirming back date was 9th for me

I would defo give them a ring it's been a lot longer then mine

@CoffeeLover90 I did our change of circumstances with uc the 2/10, asked for an update on Monday, Tuesday had 4 messages on my journal saying its with a DM then received the back pay today and elements have been added on from this month too. I hope you manage to get it sorted x

@CHDmumma did you get a random 1 off payment into your bank or did they do a breakdown in the payment section?

We got 2 separate payments into our account this morning from uc for the 2 different back pays x

@CHDmumma had they sent a letter advising of the changes? I updated my journal last week, they have let me know they have removed the minimum floor income for me but other than that, haven’t heard a peep from them. Wasn’t sure if they would make a change and add it to the payments tab xx

Do uc backdate to when the dla is awarded or claim date starting so confused hope I've done it right

@Muva306 sorry for the late reply things were a bit hectic yesterday.
I got 4 messages in my journal,

1. was advising they had sent it to a DM.

2nd was that the elements had been added to our monthly statement. 3rd was carers backdate pay and how much and when it will be paid. 4th was disability element back pay, how much and what date it will be paid.

I did ask for an update on the back pays and elements a week after I submitted the changes x
