I see thread 12 is full. Is there a Part 13 already, or shall we make this it?

Hi. I went back over the forms and noticed I didn’t actually put my mobile number but my home phone number so I won’t be getting a text. 😩🙈 Hopefully get a letter today if not will call up on Monday. Xx

@AutisticDaughter also, make sure that when you add the message on your journal, make sure to do it under ‘Payments’ and not ‘Message for my work coach’ so that it goes straight to the DM. Less faff that way as it goes directly to the right person

Yes, deffo. It's a nice subtle way of asking for an update :) same scan date here, so let me know what you find out x

I posted the form 8th Aug. Received a letter today saying they received the form 17th Aug and will take 14 plus weeks until assessed.
They are working on the pile!

If it’s a new claim, it’s around 19 weeks average now to even get to a DM, then it’s another 24 hours - 2 weeks for a decision. They have got people working weekends now too. And they have around 40k new claims in the last month alone! I’m on week 17 now and still not with a DM yet. Good luck though. Claims just waiting to be renewed are up to 14 weeks currently. Some people are getting theirs back at around 12-16 weeks. 💕

MinnieTruck · 16/09/2023 23:11

14 week wait defo not! Most likely will be anywhere from 16-22 weeks. Some people will be trying to submit new forms/COC so that the claim can be awarded/amended before Christmas. We’re in for a long ride!

I hope not December, I know some people are doing renewals, COC new forms etc, Its just suck a long time to wait for decision I submitted on the 2/6 and still not anything :( If i get declined then i will do MR as my son is still needing help and support daily and now having problems with his feet, Good luck to anyone waiting

Hello, first time posting, but always checking on here. it will be 17 weeks on Tuesday and thinking back I feel like there is so much I missed on the forms, I've done them for autism and possible adhd but stuff like masking at school, the things we use to help him with his autism alot of stuff is just so normal to us I didn't think about writing about it until a friend said I should of. Ive got mum guilt and feel like I could of put more on there for him 😞

Hi, I’m feeling exactly the same. I think the long wait makes us question ourselves. Mine was 17 weeks Friday and I’ve convinced myself it won’t be awarded. My. Claim is also for autism and I don’t think I’ve sent enough evidence 🤦‍♀️

Mammyof2EZ · 18/09/2023 00:00

I thought the same as I didn’t even get someone who knows him to fill out that part but I was awarded. I got the text on Thursday and that was at 17 weeks 3 days

zoeybrooks45 · 18/09/2023 06:15

Hi, my Childs renewal was 20 weeks away last week. I haven't received any letters or renewal forms and I'm currently a hour into being on hold to try and contact them after being cut off twice as well.

Can I just print the forms from the website and send them that way? I was hoping to get the renewal in this week due to the 18 week wait times.

Mumatherwhitsend · 18/09/2023 10:46

I printed them off myself filled them in and sent them back.

Rebbit2013 · 18/09/2023 10:46

I’ve tried to ring for an hour and I get through to the last bit and I get cut off 😭😭😭 whyyyy

Hmcc123 · 18/09/2023 10:47
