DLA wait times Part 13

I see thread 12 is full. Is there a Part 13 already, or shall we make this it?

Scan date 17/5 just called as with decision maker since Monday, told wait times now 19 weeks this is painful.

Has anyone called after 9 and had any luck? Lost track of time and started calling at 9.30 so just get dropped from the queue.

Not this week but yes. I had to wait an hour after calling at 9.30.

I wonder if between us we could figure out the best times to call other than 9.00 on the dot.

Between half 10 and 11 is the fastest I've ever got through

It’s best to post this in the DLA group on FB. The moderator’s are great and will be able to tell you how many weeks of the old rate and then new rate you’ve been paid

Called twice got through the options then cut off anyone else had any luck in phoning today?

I got through today but at 9am on the dot. That’s the only ever time that I call because otherwise I get cut off. Only waited 15mins this morning

Got cut off 4 times and ended up in the hold queue finally 20 minutes ago, waiting to get through now.

It’s an absolute nightmare isn’t it! I really think an online tracking system would
help everyone even them in the office

It's so silly, if UC can have systems where you can message someone why can't this department.

I've the same scan date. I'm on hold now waiting for them to answer.

Week 17 here too. Won't bother calling them then!

18/5 took me 85 minutes to get through and they said it's just gone through to the decision marker this week. The gentleman then called me back 2 minutes later to say they spoke to my decision maker specifically who said they re hoping to sort that batch between tommorow and Friday.

I’m same scan date 31st may @Chels2020 too hopefully not too long now to wait

* update for coc I did mine 24/03 it’s 25 weeks this Friday and I’ve just rang and they have told me it’s now taking over 30 weeks and I should have a decision by the end of October beginning of November hopefully they said! *

Seems like it is taking forever I phoned up for forms 18th april new claim they said middle of oct but if it’s longer maybe november now

Congratulations I'm same scan date as @Tjay19 so fingers crossed we hear something in next few days this wait is awful
