@Mumto2sengirlsxx My sons scan date 6th Feb was done Tuesday I got the text message at 4.53, I always thought you got the message first thing but they must send it as its been worked hope your not waiting much longer.

@Nicole12345 im so glad you have his nursery on your side hopefully he is assessed quickly and gets all support he deserves without you having to fight to much! I really dislike how much we all have to fight for our children... yes please keep me updated!! Thank you so much i really appreciate that i wish your son all the best too bless him!! Ill let you know if i hear anything about our claim next week... @J8231 ah thats good it must be whenever your claim is sorted if its done before 5pm they send the message, i got a message weeks ago saying they are still looking at it but i dont know whether ill get the text about the outcome ive heard not everyone gets it... xxx

@Mummytofivegirls amazing! I missed a call today while I'm work on an unknown number, I'm guessing it was them as other posters have said that's how they call, does anyone know if they are open tomorrow? Don't think my nerves can take waiting till Monday xx

I rang today and got told they have been updated this morning and the wait time is 14 and a half weeks

Oh for god sake they don't half mess around I don't believe them coz they sed that to me on Friday told me I had another 4 weeks wait then I was awarded that day..what's Ur scan date

I'd ring and just say listen use keep telling me all different things what is actually going on and can u tell me when it will be with a DM Ur on about 13 weeks now arnt you

@TiredOfCleaning mine took around a month to come so I wouldn’t worry to much. You can always give them a call just to confirm and get a scan date so you can keep track of the timeframe

Thanks so much. :) We finally got the letter on Saturday, It's saying 15 weeks and don't ring. (Yeah, like I won't be ringing from week 13!!)

Had another text this morning saying they are still looking at it and not to contact them. That text was sent only 5 days after the last text saying the exact same thing.

Hi hope everyone is well. I've just discovered this forum, my scan date is 01.03.23
I'm at the same stage as you @Peachlollipop I've also just received the same text message as yourself and the same one last week.I didn't realise you can call, but I did last week and was told 14 weeks.
I hope everyone gets the results their children deserve

Renewal due to run out in a couple of week and just called and no decision been made as yet so stressful especially when you send the forms back straight away like it says on the letter

so I’ve been told put 14.5 weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️ explained to her that I seem to be being told lots of different things and she basically said they are updated every 2 weeks of average times they are taking so they are just estimated. She was really nice and tried her best to explain. I also requested a txt when a decision has been made

@Nicole12345 hiya hun my last update was friday the man was pretty simple and said 7-10 days max 🙄 i know they have a back log and the people on the phone dont know timelines but its frustrating if we return our forms late your claim can be ended but they are ok going over the timescale 😅 hopefully we hear something soon im tired of waiting and thinking about it i just want to know whatever the decision now xx
