That is odd trying to call that early. I work in a related field and even if we started work really early, we wouldn’t call people until 9am.

@upthewallmumof3 yeah just looked it up defo seems legit strange cause its early!! Unless they are working early today because of bank holiday Monday? I just read a forum snd seems everyone had that number call for different things, examples: talking about a transfer to uc, to let them know about esa backpay etc so God knows but it's legit they might try calling again soon xx

That's what I'm thinking it's too early but I'm panicking now cos I've missed the calls and I'm in work at 9.30 xxxx

@Mumto2sengirlsxx @Kenny312 @Nicole12345 @FamilfuelebyADHD I've just got off the phone with a lovely man he said he did call but realised it must of been too early and my daughter has been awarded hrc and lrm I'm in the loo in work sobbing I really didn't think she would get it he said about carers allowance but does anyone know if u work can you do this? Just saves me ringing up and being in hold for hours xxxx

Just an update from me I’ve just received a text to say qualifies - mine was renewal n end date of old claim was 31st may for whoever it may help

Just checked my bank and I have a backdated payment pending for Tuesday😃😃 so so happy as I didn’t think she would be awarded as I felt I didn’t write enough in detail. Scan date 22/02. She has been awarded MRC LRM. So happy for my little girl x
