I have tried 9 times today it either gets cut off immediately or after 20 mins, pain in bum, wonder if they have a problem with the lines today

@Nicole12345 I actually feel like crying today! They do this so people give up calling but I'm determined today 💪🏻

Managed to get through to someone still not any further 🤦🏼‍♀️ not even been assigned to a DM yet. Told 14-15 weeks now… waiting time seems to be creeping up

@Nicole12345 cut off again after 58 mins I actually give up 😪

I suppose the bank holidays haven’t helped with waiting times. And now we are getting into a popular time for holidays.

Hi, anyone heard on renewals, they've had mine 15 weeks and its due to run out in 2 weeks, its so stressful. X

Mine runs out in 2 weeks too I called yesterday there was no decision the lady I spoke to said that they’re doing them just before they run out so there’s no break in claims rather than who sends them back first- so frustrating

Hi scan date 14/02 first claim, I'm currently on hold trying to get an update on timescales . Usually get cut off but thought I would try today

I managed to get through and was told my daughters claim is now with decision maker. Not sure how long this bit takes, scan date was 14th Feb

@Mumto2sengirlsxx yesterday was horrendous day trying to get thru getting cut off all the time, they should have more call handlers as it must be a busy dept! I'm still on hold xxxx

@upthewallmumof3 yeah sometimes it feels like its to busy so the cut the lines off 😅 ill have to try again later on maybe or tomorrow i got stuff to do today so cant hang round waiting for them to let it go through haha xxx
