So just to clarify you called yesterday morning and there was no decision on your claim it was still in the que waiting to be seen and in a matter of hours a decision was made ?

Just got off phone to dla lady I spoke with said they are quoting 13 weeks before claims are looked at and I'm currently on the 10th week well actually to be pedantic 10weeks and 4days so closer to 11 weeks actually😝 be 13 weeks on may 8th so would explain why @Lodol yours was done yesterday with it being 13 week mark

Just off the phone scan date 19/01 awarded last Friday hrc. Still got a text Monday saying they were looking at my claim which was strange so wasn't expecting much. Also only had a speech and language report for evidence as we are 11 months into a 12 month wait for peadiatrician.

Finally a change, claims with DM since Tuesday! Think I'll check again Monday!

Hopefully I will hear something sooner than 4 weeks as told by DLA. My scan date is 19th Jan too

Just got through to a advisor, had to add some information for my DDs claim, scan date the 20th of Jan still not with a DM yet! She said 13 weeks which is tomorrow for me

just got off the phone with DLA and we've been awarded! MRC, i was so sure of a decline since my baby was 8 months old when i did the forms!

I cried just a little bit on the phone😂

yeah so It was with a dm for 6 days they just kept telling me it was on there pile I think when they get to it they make a decision quite quickly!

does anyone know how long it takes for universal credit to approve and back pay?

All I got told yesterday was it was in the que waiting to be seen by a DM so can only assume that means it's not actually been assigned to a DM yet it's just still sat in the system this morning was a case of it's taking 13 wks before it's looked at just a waiting game I guess

Seems some case managers or DM's are working quicker than others.
