Called up today and the wait gets pushed back further and further has anyone been awarded recently

So today I got the courage to phone for the first time to see if any decision has been made or any updates,
My just turned 3yr old daughter has been awarded MRC!!!
I'm so shocked 😲 I thought she was going to be refused as I only sent in a SALT report as I am waiting for her first pediatrics appointment (next Tuesday) finally feel like I'm being listened to.🤗😥🤗

Just got off the phone to DLA. Still no answer, it's waiting for a manager to sign off

She said she'd put a note on there to chase it up to try and hurry it through

@CheesePlease33 thank you so much as you can most probably see by my posts I’m having a panic attack I haven’t slept all night just crying and having anxiety attacks from this.. I just want to know so I know what to do next as all my money will stop and I will be left with nothing. 😢 they have had it since 24 November! But thank you 😊

@Boymom10 aww try not to worry it’s going to do you no good in the long run, when was the last time you called them up?

@Snickerdoodles19 i just got off the phone to them still not with a dm and said I need to phone closer to the time as it not due till the 28th 😳 she was very rude to me.

Hi @Mumrobyn4 thanks for your update congratulations! So pleased for you, my scan date is 23/12/22 worried about the decision I didn't give much evidence except for gp web consults as proof of her constantly falling ill
What area are you from pls? I'm in London so wondering if my turn is next soon?

I'm in the Manchester area,so my claim was dealt with in the Wolverhampton site, ( says on my claim form)
He said she was awarded on the 22nd March so 2 days ago, so you may hear something soon, have you phoned them for a update? X

Dm called me yday I'm so tempted to call them today , to see if a decision has been made I keep telling myself to be patient but I just don't think I can go the weekend without knowing or not

I have been reading everybody’s thread for days now.
Scan date the 29/12 My nine-year-old son with autism has been awarded, I’ve just checked my account to find a payment in my account,last week Friday I called and they told me that my son was in holding I just left it and then today I’ve seen the money has been paid into my account.

Congratulations to those awarded. @Supermom92 call up. I have been but mines waiting for the manager sign off. I was one of the 1% unlucky ones who claim needs to be checked the DM is doing their job properly 😅

@Boymom10 wow how much closer can it get it’s only 4 days away, are you going to ring on Monday?

@Walklat that's my scan date too. I am trying to ring now but been on hold for 30 mins and not sure I will be able to stay on for long. Does holding mean it's going to a DM or already with one? Glad you got the award.

Well 12 mins so far into the call another umm I'd say about 30+mins to go lol

@Snickerdoodles19 im going to ring back this afternoon 😂😂 and then Monday if it’s the same answer. I didn’t think they worked weekends.

@Boymom10 yeah they work weekends at min, mine was done on a Saturday x

@Snickerdoodles19 awww ok if you don’t mind me ask what was the day it was due to end as mines a Tuesday so I’m think it has to be done over the weekend really?

@Brown2010 yes it’s fine, mine was due to run out on Tuesday 14th march and got awarded on Saturday 11th march x

@ToughMum I wasn’t quite sure what holding meant I Assume that it meant that a decision hasn’t been made yet. But I would bear in mind that I have claimed before and this should’ve been a renewal, but I took so long to claim again This time round I needed to claim for the mobility part.

@Supermom92 I put it been after 56 minutes as the boys came back and I had no chance. Will try ring Monday morning first thing.

I was falling asleep whilst waiting finally got through after 1hour 18mins and there has been a decision made HRC LRM and I just cried I can't believe it I just keep thinking at how much this is going to help my daughter 😭
