Thought I'd continue the thread as it had reached its limit. My application will be awhile before any response but scanned 5 July and nothing yet.

Hey guys me again. My scan date is 23rd June. I rang again yesterday the man said they were working on ones from 17/06 and the week before it was ones from 15/06. He also said it’s completely random and down to whoever’s desk it lands on and how quickly it works. He also told me don’t phone back for 2 more weeks 🤣 but if I still hadn’t heard after that to ring. It’s such a long wait isn’t it x

I know I said the thing is you have to understand our frustrations as your telling us 10-12 weeks then 12-14 weeks now maybe longer again. Just doesn’t feel like anyone is getting anywhere. Fingers and toes crossed for next week lol x

I just saw on a Facebook group that someone with the same date as us 21st June was told they should be looked at by the end of the week /early next week x

I just got off the phone to them. They said they are working on 17th June so we should 21st June applications seen by end of the week or early next week. Said after claim is seen letter will come through. Money takes 7-10 working days but sure it’s quicker than that. Hope this helps. I will call back next week

I just got off the phone to them. They said they are working on 17th June so we should 21st June applications seen by end of the week or early next week. Said after claim is seen letter will come through. Money takes 7-10 working days but sure it’s quicker than that. Hope this helps. I will call back next week

Scan date 15th June
just called again and it’s with the decision maker, said mine is taking longer because I did a previous claim last year that was declined. He said everyone should get an automatic text when a decision has been made 🤷🏻‍♀️

I called earlier and was told my little boy has been awarded (either yesterday or this morning I didn’t quite catch what she said) 🥳 My scan date was 16th June!

I wouldn’t be able to keep my mouth shut if someone told me not to ring back. It’s so frustrating!!! I was ringing 3x a week after 11 weeks xx

I think I rang twice last week and twice this week. And I’ll ring again next week too. It’s not on they tell people 12 weeks they keep changing it as they go along x

I got told 3-5 working days for money on the phone

@Lynseyb91 Hi my sons coc made it so the child disabled element on uc went from the low one to the high one, it also went to a decision maker on the Thursday on Monday morning I had a letter on my journal saying that my reason for reporting it late was accepted, and someone will be intouch about backdated money. No ones been intouch about that yet but just to let you know the time scale for the decision maker on mine 😊

She said it's waiting to be handed over to a decision maker she says it could take another week for that and then they have got to make a decision. So seems like it's been done by the cm? Not sure xx
