First babies: when did yours arrive?

Expecting my first, due date is 12 October. I read that on average 1st babies come about 8 days after the 280-day period the doctor calculates. I'm really curious to know how early/late others went into labour with number one!

Due on 4 aug 05. Went into early labour in early evening of 9th, in hospital around lunchtime on 10th, born around 9am on 11th.

I was induced at 40+5, according to midwife 'He weren't wanting to come outta there in an 'urry' :o

mine was my first child and she came 12 days late (had an induction in the end as was so knackered!)

Well my MW estimated that my due date would be the 8/10 with my dd, going on LMP. The 12 week scan said the 4/10.
She arrived on the 8/10

14 days late - was terrified of being induced and managed to avoid it.

He was a week early.

Bang on time, bless her (but it was my brother's wedding the next day so really it would have been better if she'd been late).

My first arrived bang on his due date!

Induced when ds1 was 7 days late and he eventually arrived 2 days later so 9 days late.

lmp was 11.03 scan date was 03.03 he arrived 23.02 v impatient boy! lol.

due on 23rd October, arrived 31st October

Due 8 March, arrived 16 March 8 days later.

Two days early. Would have been three but labour went on. And on. And onn............

another one bang on time - exactly 40 weeks
My SIL was a week early with her first and is currently one week overdue with her second!!
And my sister went into spontaneous labour 2 weeks late with her first but had to induced 2 weeks overdue with her second

6 days after due date. But went into labour 5 days after due date.

16 days after my due date - very slow induction, god only knows how long she'd have stayed in there left to her own devices

1 week early - thank goodness i had had enough!!!

8 days late (and he was the earliest!)

Mine was 4 days early

16 days late, very slow induction (Piccalili are you me?!!!), emergency C-section after two days of labour.

13 days late:(

3 days late. Should have expected it really as it was OH's bday and the only day I didn't want him to arrive. Funny really cos midwife told me he was likely to be week or two early.

8 days late.
