Well as I suspected all along - I've hard hardly a day's work a week for the last 3 months and for the next 2 weeks I'm the HR/people manager for my entire office. Obviously this is great, but it's a lot of work and I'm a bit that a prick downstairs put the kybosh on my management role a few months ago and now I'm looking after 90 people. Pricks. Anyway, 6 more days at office then home to "nest".

My fucking feet are ENORMOUS! Every time curly says "are you feeling big at all?", I say "no" and within 48 hours "things" start bulging out of my body. Like an upside down (or right way up, depending on how you look at it) baby, or feet which resemble big slabs of painted pork. My ankles would turn a Shar Pei green with envy.

well, the BHs and backache are getting worse, particularly in the evenings. I spent a couple of hours draped over/bouncing on my birthing ball last night in a bid to get some relief. I think SFF is getting a little anxious He raised the action plan for bags/car/fuel this morning and is off putting new tyres on my car and filling her up as we type. It's going to be on standby with all the kit in the back from now on.

Now he just has to work out who is available and when for last minute dog sitting duties. and get some spare keys cut. it's all go here - Think he's making up for leaving me last week!

I actually still feel small but have a mammoth web of stretch marks on my lower left bump, which has gone from nought to 60 in about 10 days. Not. Impressed. Guess it just goes to show that if you're going to get marks, you'll get them and no amount of biooil/cocoa butter/lard will help. Bah

iggy all will be fine. As previously discussed, we are also expecting to be in the Leeds area visiting friends en route to or from the Edinburgh area in September. Must catch up nearer the time and see if we can unite to keep the dogs and babies amused. (or we could dump all four on SFF and bugger off to the pub - real drinks this time!)
