Here we go, pull up a deck chair, catch some rays and help yourselves to a mini eggs ice cream.

Link to the stats list.

Don't you just love teenagers!Anyone past 21 to them is OLD! I did giggle at the posts!

I'm lying in bed shattered! Dh is supervising the terrible threesome. I'm just waiting for bed time so I can sleep! Where's my 2nd trimesater energy gone! No fair!

Meanbeansmum · 21/04/2010 17:42

Hermya321 · 21/04/2010 17:52

just to let you know I've added photos on my profile so you can put a face to the name. Btw DH has cut his hair since then!

Hi all,

Back at school and hardly any time to read all the posts let alone comment on them all. Combined test results back this week - low risk 1:410 which was good. Sickness is much improved, still have a tendency for nausea but usually only when I am hungry, which is all the time . I am finding myself eating all the time now, just starving all day every day! I have a considerable bump...

Sometimes I think that I may have felt something that might of been the baby but it is all too faint to really know.

Glad all seems to be well, sorry I haven't commented personally, SB

Nymphadora · 21/04/2010 19:16

hermya odd bits of mat clothes in New Look in K. All to small for me but might be worth a root?

Had a shopping lunch break. Got some loose tops from Peacocks & New Look & ordered some mat tops from Next. Had one of those wonderful moments when I remembered I had a next voucher from Xmas

floozietoozie · 21/04/2010 21:20

Hello

SamB that's great on your blood results, and Dillydora too. I get my blood results on Friday so fingers crossed (again).

Well it was third time lucky today because I finally managed to tell work. My manager was lovely about it, and said she had had a suspicion I was when I went off for an unexplained appt last week (the scan - she said she also took a glance at my tummy and said even though I'm really slim (her words) I did look slightly fuller! So there we go. She said two of us in the office are pg so she wants to be the third. I so so hope it happens for her. Everyone else was lovely too. Can start spreading the news a bit more generally now.

Thanks for the Asda tip Hevster. Don't need baby stuff but have a toddler to outfit (grows out of stuff at alarming rates!).

SilverSky · 21/04/2010 22:02

Tyson, will email you !!!

I seem to be constantly stuffing my chops. Seriously, today I had:

Toast
Fresh Fruit salad - blue & black berries/grapes/strawbs
Banana
Small treat bag of Jelly Tots
About 6 Ryvita with light dairylea (notice light!)
Two packets of this light crispbake things
Fresh pineapple
Diet Coke
Sultana and oat cookie
Pie mash and peas
2 cups decaff coffee
1 cup tea
3 glasses water

I DREAD to think how much I weigh. I told Husband he has turned into a feeder, he replied saying that it was better to feed me than let me go hungry!

Sickness has lifted a lot, though still have ropey moments. Have little energy during day though sleeping through the night has kicked in.

I am starting to look fuller too and I am sure that some people may not be that surprised when I make my announcement.

My BF is back anyday though won't know for a def til I get a msg saying she is back though I won't see her til early to mid next week at the earliest as I am not around for the next few days. Typical.

I will call Drs and ask if they can do the bloods at my 16wk appt. At this rate, I am having to go for appts every blooming week, which is a bit much!

floozietoozie · 21/04/2010 22:02

Just sent in a really crap tip so I could enter a competition. Really hope they don't publish it .

SilverSky · 21/04/2010 22:09

ETA - Husband means that when I get hungry I get grouchy. Mega grouchy. Normal non?

loobyboo · 22/04/2010 03:13

The dreaded stomach bug has now moved from dh to dd1, (as you can see from the post time) so the likelyhood of me getting it is quite high now. Not really what I want. My hands have become so red & sore from using a soap and washing hands.

Have to mention my dh who's been so great whilst this bug is in our household, even though he's recovering himself from this bug, he has dealing with dd1 at present. Can,t stand people being sickness at the best of times, but it so much worse whilst pg.

Worried about the effect it might have on our bean if I get it but things I've read seem to say that it will be ok, but will contact mw if I get it.

Signing off now to see if I can some more shut eye before dd1 is up again.

sophieandbelly · 22/04/2010 08:08

wow fast moving thread! only skipped thro

katy i also wake up with sore belly, prob due to the fact keep waking up half on front, plus streaching etc dont think it any thing to worry about remember having this with dd.

my ribs have finally got better!! yipeee and havnt had to take heart tablets for dizzy spells for few days find i only need them when working late.

sunny here again today and i am starting to feel as tho i have more energy, not sure if its hormones or the weather but all good, if i didnt have to work all morning would be out walking, what r u all up to???

anyone going on baby name thread for inspiration yet??

ILoveGregoryHouse · 22/04/2010 08:11

Morning all. Looking forward to the debate on sky news tonight (it'll be 10pm for us so hope i can stay awake). Have applied for a proxy vote for the election and mum has taken the papers back with her (she got home last night).

Had my combined bloods back - a record at only 9 days - and my downs risk is way low at 1:6289. Yay! Now have to decide on whether to have a 16 week scan to find out the sex before the 20 weeks anomaly scan. DH says not to ask his opinion cos I'll ignore it and do both anyway. Means I can find out the sex on 16th May. Woo hoo! Then I can have the anomaly scan at 21 weeks about 20th June. What do you reckon? I'll check our health insurance covers both scans first.

Still feeling rough and not sleeping well. I've cut my progesterone in half and i'm not as bloated but still blee!

Looby I really hope you avoid that bug. The last thing you need. Am loving your menu Silver but I'd be doing full fat coke myself . In fact, think I'll go have one now, just the thing to wash down the snickers bar i just had.

Xavielli · 22/04/2010 08:22

I think you should just have the 21 week scan ILGH, so I'm not the bottom of the list.

If I were you I'd have both. Any old excuse to see baby!

Hermya321 · 22/04/2010 08:54

My baby is kicking, I went to drop DH off at work this morning and I felt a definate prod in my side. It's very exciting!!

We've started buying one or two things, plus MIL went a bit mad so we've got ourselves a little bit of a stash at the moment.

Still not sleeping very well, I keep waking up after some pretty freaky dreams. I can't actually remember them but I know I'm none too happy when I wake up.

Sophieandbelly You mentioned dizzy spells, was that to do with your pregnancy? I only ask because I've been feeling really dizzy and light headed a lot recently. Also lots of headahces as well.

Nymph Seriously!! I'll have to go in there and have a root.

Sam Great news on your test results.

ILGH Have both, I would just to see the difference between LO at 16 and 20 weeks.

dizzyness and headaches can be a sign on anemia ( I know I've had it 2 years)I take Feroglobin B12 which contains liquid iron. Its recommended for pregnant women on the bottle and by my doctor and MW x you can get it in supermarkets
