hi ladies here is our new thread

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
Starshinetiger · 28/05/2010 16:14

Negative - just the mystery of the disappearing AF now!

Starshinetiger · 28/05/2010 16:16

Should add - sorry to those of you who are gutted to see BFN, but this is the result we were expecting and I've kind of got my head around sticking with 2 DC now. Didn't stop just a small part of me being sad though

Diege · 28/05/2010 16:31

Aw STAR I think it's natural to be a bit when you get the result you're expecting/want. Having said that,if you've just downed 2 pts of water I'd, err, test again tomorrow first thing!

cantmummyhaveabreak · 28/05/2010 16:31

Diege- it'd be a crime not to bring your DS with you! I'd love to see him! And how much hard work can they be? If I have to bring all 3 we'll bribe them for good behaviour with a maccy's lunch of that's ok with you? If I only have DD2 then we can find somewhere a little more grown up if you'd like?

Is it just me and thee for Manchester shopping? No other takers?

Diege · 28/05/2010 17:08

Maccy's is fine for me CANT! I'm looking forward to bringing ds - should be good fun .I'm sure we'll be fine if you have to bring all 3!

GiraffeYoga · 28/05/2010 17:11

Hi

Ah star- fully understandable to be slightly . Hope AF shows up for you soon. Still, Diege is right, lots of water means v dilute POAS!

Hi Gruff- sorry for BFN... Im sure you are enjoying the practice though

Diege- PHEW its not just me!! I've got no idea how people are at it a few times a week... unless they are lying of course!
I have such good intention.... DH did bust this issue by saying he reckoned he'd only get it when we were ttc for DC 2!

DD been given something for ear infection. Poorly girl.

cantmummyhaveabreak · 28/05/2010 17:34

I'm gonna be a brag here but normally we're at it a good few times a week, can sometimes be every night solid for up to 2 weeks! However after DD1 we rarely GOFed which made me more determined to make an effort on that side of things after DD2, if it got worse we'd have only GOFed once a month if we were lucky. I also think my labido has upped since having DD2. Maybe I'm just a bit lucky, but we had very dry spells after DD1 so I know how easy it is to fall into a good routine of going to bed and rolling ove to go to sleep! :D

cantmummyhaveabreak · 28/05/2010 17:49

Have managed to catch up a bit while the DC's are on the wii.

Star- glad you got the result you wanted, but maybe if AF doesn't turn up in the next few days maybe POAS with FMU to be extra certain.

Girraffe- poor DD

Gruff- sorry for BFN, took 3 months of ttc before my BFP with DD2 tho!

Diege · 28/05/2010 17:51

GIRAFFE, why do you think dh is so keen to ttc number 5?
CANT, I admire your stamina

cantmummyhaveabreak · 28/05/2010 17:54

Diege- completely missed your last message! If I have to bring all 3 they are normally very well behaved as long as I bribe then well! They'd enjoy the train trip and would mean a day trip without having to loose one of DH's days off just to bring the one!

cantmummyhaveabreak · 28/05/2010 17:56

Ah it's all this 24years of youth, that's all! Haha!

Diege · 28/05/2010 18:21

Yes, bring all 3! I am used to 4 so it won't seem odd to me

cantmummyhaveabreak · 28/05/2010 18:23

I may just do that then diege, if I do it better be nice weather so DD1 can wear her gold hotpants!

Diege · 28/05/2010 18:27
Grin
cantmummyhaveabreak · 28/05/2010 18:30

Right DH is gonna take DS and his friend to drop friend at home then it's kids bedtime here. I'll prob be back tomorrow if DH leaves the iPhone (or I hide it so he can't take it)

GiraffeYoga · 28/05/2010 18:53

ooh Cant, thats impressive

Habit has a lot to do with frequency I think....

I blame the bloody tele in the bedroom.

Diege- PMSL about reason for having #5!

Think my DH was rather peed off that the SG was conceieved at first GOF.

tinkhasaspringinherstep · 28/05/2010 19:03

oh to testing

GruffaloSoldier · 28/05/2010 20:16

Hiya!

Star - glad you got the result you wanted.

I have completely dismissed my BFN as i shouldn't really be testing til Sunday at the earliest! I def ov'd late this month. I do have a migraine tonight though which I get before AF usually. However I havent been sleeping well lately due to lots on my mind and then I tried to catch up this afternnon when GC was napping but I just got into deep sleep and he woke so have felt crappy ever since plus havent drank much today. so who knows?? Going to be kept guessing Its all part of the fun!

CANT - snap, I def have a heightened libido since GC was born - I think the pill affected mine before...

oh my head hurts. But don't worry I have the perfect cure - a double decker in the fridge with my name on it!

GC is still awake DH is in charge this evening though but I might go and relieve him in a minute...

GruffaloSoldier · 28/05/2010 20:18

I mean he is not asleep yet but he is in bed!

Diege · 28/05/2010 20:26

You're going to 'relieve' your dh GRUFF . Hope my dh doesn;t read that and get ideas, he has been pestering . Best of luck with the testing -I too get headaches before af, but then I did too when pregnant with ds...

Diege · 29/05/2010 10:12

Morning . MMM of course you are welcome on Manchester meet - I had sort of assumed you were coming anyway ,along with NAT too I think? The date I have down is Sat 26th June
GRUFF, hope GC stayed settled for you. DS is also suffering with his teeth.
Hi TINKS!
Meant to mention that ds had his 9-12mth check on Thurs. All fine (though he was in danger of being 'referred' for the bleedin' raisin thing - kept on flicking it off the table rather than picking it up). Weight 24 pounds, height 80cm, head circumference can't remember but it was too big for the chart so over 100th...HIs head does look huge, but not worried, just asthetically a bit odd looking
