Wow! You ladies have certainly been busy since I last posted!!
Congratulations to all the new mummies - I hope you are all comfortable and getting lots of support! Blimey at the twins weights - how were you walking at the end??
I have had another busy day, it was my last 5 hours of breastfeeding supporter training - exhausted now!
We went and looked at the two houses the other day and have decided which one we want to move in to. They were both ok, but one just was a lot easier to work with our current furniture and kitchen equipment. We find out on Tuesday whether it's all been approved by DH's work.
Have been trying to get 3 quotes for removals men but where we live there are only 2 local firms!
Have been getting lots of phone calls from people needing to come and do stuff with the property and I am getting a bit pee'd off with it to be honest. We had the estate agent ring this morning asking if they could do a viewing next week at 5 in the evening!
I put my foot down and said as long as we are living here they will have to do weekday daytime or Saturday viewings. 5pm is DD's dinner and winding down time - I don't want people being paraded around the house in front of her!
She won't know we are moving hopefully until the week we go as I want her to be comfortable with the new baby before breaking that news to her!
I can't believe that they are moving so fast with things and it is making me suspicious that people are asking for viewings before the HIPP pack and photos of the house have even been done.
To be honest it also really annoys me that (of course) the estate agents expect everything to be presentable for the viewings so I am going to be running around at 38 weeks+ making sure everything is clean and tidy with a 2 1/2 year old wanting to ransack the place! I really thought that as we are only here another 9 weeks they would have waited for us to move out before doing the viewings
Sorry for the moan again - it just really helps to get it written down and get other peoples views on this. I keep wondering if I am being unreasonable but I feel that if it were the other way round I wouldn't put this kind of pressure on an expectant mum!
Lots of lovely painful Braxton's going on this week - mainly in the evening - having to breathe through them so it's good practice! Feel incredibly heavy 'down below' and can actually feel baby's shoulders right down by my pelvic bone!
