At least I'm not talking about it being cottage cheesy like Nutty does

I've not really been doing anything. I'm not sure. I've been in a really weird mood - totally spaced out & completely relaxed. I have pretty much just been sitting & staring into space all day. How mental is that? Still, it's been nice not worrying about how long the baby's going to be - I've just had an empty head!

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 19:39

Oooh is it wrong that I am a little bit of your empty head

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 31/03/2009 19:42

BB - we're talking about going on holiday with you not the hairdressers i could do it for you for free on holiday glad you're coping ok with the pain sweetheart

Springy - LOL at cottage cheesy ooohh nice to be spaced out

Not at all. I've really enjoyed it, but I am aware that it makes me a bit crazy

I'm also dying to know if you're going to have a Thursday baby like I said

SpringySunshine · 31/03/2009 19:43

It worries me that BB takes a suitcase to the hairdresser's

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 19:43

Duh baby brain!!! I am easily confuzzled these days!!

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 31/03/2009 19:44

its for all the products she buys i'm sure

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 19:44

I hope so - am hoping that the MW will help things along tomorrow so that it all kicks off tomorrow night and comes on Thursday!!

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 19:45

you laugh nutty but tomorrow I have to find somewhere for the products in the bathroom to go while the bathroom is being ripped out and it has been bothering me for days!!!

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 19:47

Ok weirdest sensation ever, actually just felt the babies hand almost pulling itself down into my fanjo even further - eeeeeek!!! Honestly they say being pregnant is the most natural thing in the world - this does not feel natural!!!

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 31/03/2009 19:47

there you go BB suitcase it is, just line it with black bags incase the spill, sorted

SpringySunshine · 31/03/2009 19:48

Wow, that sounds really exciting, BB! Maybe you'll be getting an April Fool instead

What are the family reasons for not wanting LO tomorrow?

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 31/03/2009 19:49

oooohhh sounds promising!!! go BB!!

Also, speaking of strange things bothering you for days. You know those JML sponges which you can cut up & just put water on & then they clean scuff marks off walls or anything like that? I'm totally obsessed with them in a proper craving type way. I have one & can't bring myself to look at it because I'm going to eat it if I do. & it'd just be so disgusting & feel horrible in my mouth. But oh, I want to. & for days, I've just been thinking about it & imagining cutting it up & cleaning with it & stroking it & eating some...

SpringySunshine · 31/03/2009 19:52

Mmmmm.

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 31/03/2009 19:53

same as i am with the chalk, though havent had a nibble/ craving for that for a few days . you may have to cave soon springy the craving just gets worse!!

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 19:53

It's all very silly really!!

My mums sister is really precious and it's her 40th tomorrow - anyway, ever since she found out I was pregnant she has made a really big deal about not having it on her birthday and stealing her limelight - to the point where if anyone is talking about the baby, she brings it up constantly.

Part of me thinks she should just get over herself but the other part of me just thinks the complaining and sarcastic comments I will get post birth just aren't worth it!!!

Like I said - really silly!!

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 19:55

I sat on a corner and smelt freshly laid bark in the park yesterday for 30 minutes and was actually a bit upset that I had to leave!!

SpringySunshine · 31/03/2009 19:55

Yeah, I understand - loads of DH's family are born in late March / April (including DH!) & I have a list of dates to avoid as well

The only person who'd be happy about it is his (lovely!) Nana who was born on the 12th April, which was Easter Sunday that year too. & as that'll be 40+1, it's possible. She'd be really pleased. Everyone else wants me to steer clear, because it'd be an act of spite to make them share their birthday, obviously.

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 31/03/2009 19:56

BB - its not like you can really stop yourself giving birth i mean really, some people

OP posts:
SpringySunshine · 31/03/2009 19:56

Oooh, I really want some Doktor Power

Seriously, though. I'm thinking about it again & I just want to go & fetch it. It even makes my mouth feel a bit strange & dry thinking about it, but it doesn't stop me craving it. I suppose I'm pleased - I was hoping for a bizarre craving & this certainly counts

SpringySunshine · 31/03/2009 19:57

Good grief look at those men!

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 19:58

I know - sometimes it sounds really nasty when they say it and you are like - really you realise I have NO choice in when this baby comes don't you!!! silly people!!

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 19:59

Go-on springy, give it a chew....

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 31/03/2009 19:59

I would quite like to have this LO on the 18th April as it was my mums birthday and it would be a bit like having a piece of my mum given back to me iykwim?? is that too wierd??
