Yes I keep him on multi-vits all winter, once he get's his first cold of the year he can just pick one thing up after another after another, touch wood, he has had a cold and only this bug thing so far this year. Not bad going for him!

I don't envy anyone driving out there today, from what DH says it is prety much do or die, except he won't die because you can't do much damage at 1mph!

largeginandtonic · 04/12/2008 10:03

You can feel my bones Sorky Oooer.

I saw a chiropractor all through my 5th pregnancy, he was magic and managed to stop my SPD getting any worse at 26 weeks. They are truly fabulous. Wish i could go now Far too much money with Xmas coming up though.

LB i have had a terrible few births that contraindicate a HB but am still having one. I battled with the cosnsultant only yesterday about the latest baby. There is NO reason this baby will be the same type of delivery. Ask away if you want some ammo If it is what you really want you should go for it.

Kay are you going for the HB?

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 04/12/2008 10:05

Sorry x posted with loads there, morning all the late comers, what time do you call this?

sorkycake · 04/12/2008 10:11

I hope so Gin. It's £45 for the consultation which is an hour. He'll treat me as well if that's possible, I would imagine it is, can't see that he'll need to send off for tests etc before he treats me.

Then for treatment it's £27 per session which is more reasonable.

We can't reeeeallly afford it either, but have finished with the spending for Christmas and tbh my quality of life can't sink much lower, so it's worth a shot even if it means being entirely skint.

I actually don't feel too bad today, despite the lack of sleep. Maybe we're allowed one wagoner a day to feel okay and it's my turn

wow- another of my bundles just sold straight after the other one!! that one for £25!!

I'm on a bit of a roll with my ebay today!!

SesHashadafab12weekscan · 04/12/2008 10:25

Am I forgiven?!

Sorry for all the sickness, spd and bugs

Diege - thinking of you. I'm sure all will be ok but I know from your perspective it's easy for me to say that. I am sure though! Take care.

I'm another one really scared of driving in snow and ice so v relieved we didn't have any.

I've just arrived in Eastbourne. Not sure how long this review will take but will be around later.

SesHashadafab12weekscan · 04/12/2008 10:26

Btw, meant to say that I think LBOT may still be away as she was going to see her folks in the States for Thanksgiving.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 04/12/2008 10:35

Ses I think it's payments in mars bars for tardyness! I'll just take 100 please Hope the review goes smoothly.

Glask, well done with eBay! It get's exciting doesn't it?!

largeginandtonic · 04/12/2008 10:41

Am scoffing the Lidl gingerbread, my god it is fabulous I say you all go and buy some, any kind it is all delicious. We made a special trip yesterday to get some.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 04/12/2008 10:43

OMFG, it is blardy freezing, the windows are covered in snow, the road is covered in snow, and guess what? The window cleaner is here????? Must be a mad loony toon methinks!

...and a bit I have no money, well no change, it's only £2.20 LOL He's going to have to come back for it!

Seriously could not think of anything I would rather not do than clean windows with water when it is freezing, their hands must be so sore.

GruffaloSoldier · 04/12/2008 10:52

Morning!

Im 21 weeks today!

Sunshine here, no snow. Im not shaking this virus off anytime soon so I will def be visiting wagon sickbay!Sorry for everyone elses illnesses etc.

This baby is moving all the time! Im quite shocking. I keep gasping when theres a big one

Diege - sorry for your bad dreams. Stay positive! Completely understand that you want to stay away a bit.

My cough is horrendous! It makes my side and stomach hurt so much

sorkycake · 04/12/2008 10:58

my LO keeps running from window to window pointing and oohing at the snow. Coming down thick n fast now.

We have about 3inches lying atm. Dh will come home at lunchtime if it keeps up to take the kids out. I can hear them upstairs making up songs about playing in the snow.....very cute.

glaskhamhasoneintheoven · 04/12/2008 11:00

aww- sorky that does sound very cute!! I've just spent the last 30mins wrapping and addressing the bundles i just sold... now i've got to take them to the post office... on the buggy as i need to take DD with me to do the nursery run!! never thought about that one till now... one is a massive box with a 70pc bundle in!!!

oh well, i'll manage, then i'll be dead chuffed with the spends!!

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 04/12/2008 11:05

Cor, we're not doing too well on the wagon today are we? Sorry you're still feeling bad Gruff, if it helps, you have my sympathy.

Sorky, that does sound partic. cute, are you sure they're not opening their xmas pressies while they are there?

Good luck with the parcels Glask

sorkycake · 04/12/2008 11:05

glaskhamhasoneintheoven · 04/12/2008 11:08

yeah i'm almost done... got one last bundle ending tomorrow... and have to say i think i've got pretty good prices for them too. have just transfered £52 into my bank account... think the postage will be about £15-20 max to post these 2 bundles... so i have got over £30 pure spends there...

GYoIsReallyHavingABaby · 04/12/2008 12:10

Hello everyone,

HB is booked!!! She was fine about it. I have to have a scan though which she is going to try and rush it through. She is coming round tomorrow afternoon to do the risk assessment. I have her mobile number to ring if things go really quickly, but if not I just ring the labour ward and then they tell the MW on duty.

Tried to make an appointment to see a Dr or the Nurse but I couldn't. I have to ring in the morning and hope they have one. It is so bloody stupid, she couldn't make me an appointment for tomorrow as there was no appointments but I have to ring in the morning

Love the xmas smiley's!!
