Good tip about the breathing Starlight - I guess it's all like the Hynotherapy stuff.

Going to put the bed side on and the Moses basket in place, which'll probably guarantee me a couple of weeks!

I put the moses basket in our room and the pram in the car on the Sunday. Early Monday morning I went into labour. I hope it works for you Ninja!

Congratulations to all the new arrivals!!! I'm impressed by the 10lb10 baby Izzybiz!!
Bought a pineapple just now in Tesco, will give it a go later!

Baby James has arrived! He was born on the 19th at 4:23 pm weighing 6 lbs 14 oz. The labor was relatively quick. Started having contractions at 2:30 that morning. Went into hospital at 1:30 pm as contractions were only about 3 minutes apart and were really intense. Was only 2-3 cms with bulging waters and paper thin cervix when the midwife checked so we went for a 20 minute walk. Waters finally broke right at the end of the walk and that's where my sense of time just went out the window (so I'm relying on Mr. M's account of what happened from here on out). Started on gas and air, started feeling loads of pressure so the midwife filled the pool. Got in at about 3, started pushing at around 3:30 and then James was born at 4:23. Was so lucky and only had a small graze on one side but otherwise no tears! The midwife said that he was born with a hand up by his face so it could have been a lot worse. The birth was amazing and was intense and Mr. M was amazing.... now I'm just totally in love with the new little man.

My section is scheduled for tomorrow - so long as they have space in the hospital!!! we have to call at 6am to find out!!!

I'm delighted to be able to graduate mamamufin! Received a text from her reading:
"Euen arrived this morning very quickly. Gorgeous. Eight pounds two. Natural delivery, gas and air, two stitches. Feeding fab. Feeling very pleased with myself. X"

HOORAY! I'm so glad she had a more positive experience than last time and is now with her beautiful boy. Gosh these babies are coming thick and fast now!

My bump has gone quite quiet, still feeling movements but much less and not so frantic, just more like little stretches. Running out of room or gearing up for birth??

Been to take ds to watch new thomas film this morning, it was very exciting!! Wondering what to do next week to keep myself busy and entertained...shopping methinks

Gosh, a veritable torrent of babies since I last checked in.

Here the race between kitchen and baby continues. They fit the granite worksurfaces this week, and hopefully do the tiling, plus mend the big hole gaping in the back wall, which is currently making the house rather chilly in the evening. So we're still counting on pidge junior staying put - ideally another 10 days or more to give us time to move all the stuff back into the kitchen once they finish! We will see ...

Well I managed to get through the baptism which I was dreading today. We ended up having a really nice time. Hoorah, it's my EDD tomorrow

WOW - baby stampede!! Mega congrats to all the new arrivals .

Nothing happening here - some uncomfortable BH and big pressure in my bum, but nowt else [grrr].

Me & DH managed to do the deed this morning, was most undignified!! It didn't help that my ninja dd with her sex radar kept appearing in the doorway (we must start locking the door...). I've no idea how she manages it - we have the creakiest floorboards in the world!!

Well after being given a consultant appt 11 days after edd, the hospital called back and I now see him on Tuesday!

What can he do at 39=2??? Any ideas?
