My dp's mate's girlfriends (also due in June) is at UCH too - I bet your paths have crossed. She's had a few probs and was a long time ttc-ing so she's there all the time. I told her about MN at the weekend, so hopefully she'll join up.
Uwila, I'd be worried about pooing after a cs - worried enough about it after a vaginal delivery. I probably won't dare eat I'm also starting to get breathless, even when I'm not doing anything (like lying in bed)
