Very minor drama here.... Set off to walk into town. Walk I was doing most days for work and managed every day until the day before DD was born. After about 5 mins I suddenly understood what some were saying about the knitting needle in the fanjo. Cue lots of fairly embarrassing leaning on benches, breathing deeply, waddling a few steps further, repeat and consequently worrying passers-by. Managed to get myself home - and, of course, feel absolutely fine now! Guessing it must be something to do with her position and that she's now moved but bump a bit achy and she's having a pretty serious kicking session. Starting to believe that this one is head down and engaging as def. a feeling a didn't have last time!

Petitfilou .... I'm always up between 6-6.30, DD's see to that . I just somehow never manage to get dressed before lunch time atm.

Been up cleaning since 6.45 this morning, think it's the nesting thing kicking in

poppy - I think I had a similar problem, the health centre staff were laughing at me hobbling round. couldnt face thethought of waddling home in that condition, so caught a taxi instead.
MW says baby is head down in a back to back position, she didn't say anything about if it's engaged yet, so I'm guessing it's not?

foghorn me too, been cleaning since dcs went to nursery. Just about to fetch them - should have had a rest! But.... will feel much more like playing with them now I've had some time to clean.

Hi BB - yes, so far we are at one LO. although there is one coming by cs today, so we wait to hear how things have gone!

Actually we are probably at two little ones and ALBS will make three. Still waiting on Voodoo's birth confirmation.

Poppysocks - Glad you're alright, have also experienced knitting needle pain in last few days, not pleasant is it. Mrs M - lunch sounds nice - i sat in the garden for a very short while and that was enough for me - am not 'doing' the heat v.well.

FP and VG - Jo Malone again. MIL has just texted DH to ask what exactly i want as she can get in airport apparently. I have looked online and seen something called the Fragrance Combining Starter Set, seeing as the JM range is new to me thought this might be ideal. You did suggest something before PF but cannot remember what it was. Help? And have you tried their shampoo & conditioners?

Afternoon all,
Had midwife apt, she couldn't be sure of the baby positioning at all so has booked me a positioning scan for next thursday. Will have to hope FIL was wrong and baby wont be here tomorrow, although this arvo have had really achey period pains, dodgy tummy and a few stabbing fanjo pains too .......

Sazzles, do you have a CS scheduled that I don't know about?????
