I'm trying to rock my baby out today. I've spent most the morning on the front porch in the rocker....i think I've worn a dent in the porch floor. The baby is so low today my feels like it's pooching out. Surely this won't be too much longer............................

Ooooohhh, just had a lovley foot massage courtesy of my Scholl foot spa. Ds was intrigued so he had a go in it too

sazz they aren't sure atm re pre-eclampsia. Obv not too concerned at present but want to keep an eye on my bp. It's usually (non-pg) around 90/50 but is now hovering around 125/80. I think the significant bit is the raise in the diastolic pressure (lower number) as this indicates the force at which blood is leaving an artery. Obv the higher this is the more risky it is for you. Feet are frigging enormous!!

God my dh is a muppet sometimes

Today I have managed to clean all the hard floors downstairs, hoover hallway, clean sinks, loos, bath, shower, do some ironing, go to Tescos for a couple of things, order an organised mum calendar , send dh email with next year's school dates, phone up a shop about HIS clothes, make dinner and bath dcs, about to make our dinner and their packed lunches and usual children entertaining when they came home from nursery (in my slightly lax way) and what does he say this evening when he comes home 'Are you GOING to clean up that glitter on the dining room table?' (Dcs have some art and craft stuff out and yes there is some glitter on the tablecloth )

Secondly, he suggested going to Bicester Village with SIL, BIL and baby on Sat. Yes dear, how I'd love to go round an outlet centre with a small baby, a nearly 3 year old, a 4.5 year old boy who hates shopping, in the heat with a flipping huge pregnant belly that aches when I walk for more than about 10 minutes. Is he a muppet or what?!

I have been sooooo laid back and not fazed by this pregnancy whatsoever, I have always got to 36 ish weeks and totally had enough and tried anything and everything to get baby moving, this time I'm just not bothered, quite happy to plod along as we are ........ until ........ today
AARRGGGGGGGGG I want to meet my baby now, I don't want to be pregnant anymore, I want to get back to some sort of normality

I concur on the lime blossom body creme, divine, and the new scent I got was lime basil and mandarin, which is absolutely gorgeous too - you know all this fragrance combining / layering they go in for, well I think those two limes marry well, sometimes it's just too much to have pomegranite fighting mint or whatever.

Eeek - don't think about it miamla then it might all go away.....
BTW - I heard that one of the midwives at the health clinic we go to has an 80 or 90% success rate with her sweeps - ask for Becky if you decide to go down that route x

Actually dh is in a really odd mood - seems completely overwhelmed with 'stuff'. It is usually me who gets like that and I'm not quite sure how to handle it! I think he needs to go out for the evening really but no friends round here - off to email one of his old friends to see if he can ring up and let dh let off steam.
