Evening girls. How are you all today?
Yarnie I'm sure it's nothing hun. Like everyone says, baby nestling in. Some women bleed throughout their pregnancy. Think of those who thought they were having AFs every month and turn out to be pregnant!

We need a little list on this thread I think I'll start it off:

Fruity Great news about your scan Lovely picture too - I've got an early scan one as well - it's fascinating to see how baby changes with each scan. Bet he or she won't be able to believe that he or she was once that tiny!

MollieMooma · 31/07/2008 20:37

Fruity Posted on other thread too, but really pleased for you
I had my first midwife appt today, she tried to take bloods, what a nightmare that was! After 5 attempts she still didn't have enough so she might have to send me to the labs at the hospital. It's not my fault I've got shy veins!

Sambrads: EDD 30th September 2nd DC
Emmsy : EDD 23rd October 5th DC
Cricri: EDD 1 November 1st DC
mibbes: EDD 6th December 1st DC
Molliemooma: (approx) 11th March 1st DC
Fruity: EDD (approx) 22nd March,2nd DC

Emmsy1 · 01/08/2008 06:54

fruity still can't believe it after your mammoth cycles, congratulations, piccys of little pip are lovely.
mollie I have had a few probs giving blood over the years, it usually depends on the experience and knack of the person who is trying to take my blood, also which arm they take it from. Told MW last week that my left arm was best, she couldn't believe how the blood kept stopping and starting, sometimes wonder if I really am alive

FruitynNutty · 01/08/2008 15:27

emmsy neither can I!!!

Button is being very naughty and is making me really really tired and this morning I felt really sick.
I met up with DP's Aunty this morning. We went for coffee where I showed her the scan picture. She was so happy for us. She gets really excited about new babies so that's her amused for the next few months

Well I think MS has kicked in. I just feel that 'travel sickness' feeling almost all the time. It's not stopping me eating though which is weird. I got a book out from the library called "my best friends guise to pregnancy" I'm sure you've all heard of it. I love what she calls MS: "Progesterone Poisoning" I think this is a far more suitable name!
Where is everyone lately?

yarnie how are you feeling?

OP posts:
cricri · 03/08/2008 22:08

Fruity Hope you're not feeling too bad. I really hated that feeling of constant nausea Fortunately mine tended to kick in mid-afternoon so I at least had the morning feeling semi-normal.
Had my 4D scan today and it's a girl DH and I are thrilled. It was a lovely experience and I've put a picture on my profile.
Hope everybody else is OK, it's very quiet on this thread at the moment.

FruitynNutty · 03/08/2008 22:34

I've posted for you in the waiting room cricri but I just want to say again how gorgeous your little baby girl is
At the moment the MS seems to be worse in the mornings. It's the constant tiredness I'm not coping with too well. I had 11 hours sleep last night and I still didn't feel refreshed. I'm normally an early bird too.

OP posts:
cricri · 04/08/2008 10:57

Thanks for your lovely comments Fruity
I didn't have too much tiredness early on - it kicked in a bit later and it is awful. I had afternoon naps and felt much better for it. Hope you can squeeze one in whilst your mindees are asleep

FruitynNutty · 04/08/2008 19:58

Hey guys, I think teehee will be joining us very soon

OP posts:
FruitynNutty · 04/08/2008 20:00

Soon we'll have everyone over and Emmsy's friend's waiting room can finally come to a very sad but happy end

One of my very good friends who was told she had a CP (well two actually) has just discovered the last one wasn't a CP after all and she's 11 weeks preg She's been ttc for ages too. Just told me today so I told her my good news too We're sharing the same hospital as well.

I feel like a fraud!!

FruitynNutty · 05/08/2008 09:07

There's absolutely no reason to feel like that. Enjoy the excitement!

OP posts:
Yarnie · 05/08/2008 10:22

So pleased to see you over here, Sparkly and hope that TeeHee joins us soon!

Cricri. Your 4D scan is just adorable. I can't wait to find out whether we're having a boy or girl. I used to really want a girl, but I can honestly say the second I found out I was pg, I didn't care one way or the other. Just so pleased there is a bean at all!

I'm still feeling absolutely fine, Fruity. Not a whiff of anything. I hope you're not feeling too bad. Really glad your scan went well, btw.

I'm trying to relax and enjoy it rather than worry about my lack of symptoms. If everything is fine, there's no point ruining it by stressing about it. I'm trying to take some reassurance from my scan. I do wish I had a date for my dating scan though, but I don't think I get booked in for it until my booking in at Queen Charlotte's on the 26th, so it probably won't be until September .

FruitynNutty · 05/08/2008 10:41

yarnie I wouldn't worry about lack of symptoms either. I don't think I had any symptoms until I was a good 8/9 weeks with DS. Now with my 2nd I'm getting all sorts of things already. Bloated belly, extreme tiredness, constant travel sickness feeling and greasy hair Still, can't complain now can I
