Sorry, hope it wasn't my fault. I thought I'd copied the most recent list but perhaps not.

laidbackinengland · 28/07/2008 19:17

Don't worry HoM .... the list is so big - it's bound to get confused from time to time

PinkTulips · 28/07/2008 19:40

congrats ewemoo that's really lovely news. make sure to take it easy though.... your body is working twice as hard as ours are

was ds's birthday today... he'll be 2 years old at 23.50 tonight...... i was just about to head to the hospital with him at this time 2 years ago.... can't believe i'm doing it all agin in 6 months!

hope everyone is doing good, heat is madness isn't it? bucketing rain here but swelteringly hot.... worst of both worlds

onwardandupward · 28/07/2008 19:43

I don't believe it!!! I'm 38 AGAIN on the list

Maybe the universe is trying to tell me something. I've swopped it back to 35, which I believe is the true number.

There is the most humungeous thunderstorm going on outside my window RIGHT NOW THIS MOMENT.

Clarabumps · 28/07/2008 19:51

how warm is it? i know we shouldnt complain..but feel like going and waddling into a pool of mud like a giant hippo.
went to the doctors who took my weight and i've only put on 4lbs?!??!!
i dont understand..i have jumped two dress sizes around the belly. Met a girl today in work who was 6 months gone and was not kicking the arse off the same size as me. Almost punched her in the face- if she hadnt been so lovely!!

its mad how the time flies pinktulips..ds was one two weeks ago and i could barely believe it... Scary.. and this next six months is going to go sooooo quick!!

MarkStretch · 28/07/2008 20:07

Am back from the zoo. Had a brilliant time even though it was roasting and we had to walk for miles to get there and then run for the train back.

DD bought a squeezy rubber thing with water and penguins in it and managed to explode it on the train home.

It popped and covered all of us and a few people next to us in blue glittery fluid and the penguins shot out along the aisle and were found at the end of the carriage lying face down looking lost and forlorn.

I have my scan tomorrow and I am nervous.

PinkTulips · 28/07/2008 20:17

clara.... i've lost weight since getting preg.... despite looking about 5 months preg most days

not sure what's going on as i always piled it on before and i'm eating like a horse. guess it's all the MS

SwampsterHasAWarmFuzzy · 28/07/2008 21:09

Hope your scan is as magical as mine, MarkStretch, and you don't discover it really IS a wee reptile in there .

Cocodrillo · 28/07/2008 22:42

That's good news Swampie. You're 'out' now, then .

I've 9 wks and 4 days, so still feeling totally neurotic. Booking in with m/w tomorrow (couldn't get an appointment any earlier).

TinkerBellesMum · 28/07/2008 23:39

OK ladies, I need you to hold on very tight to me because I don't want to leave you!

I've been bleeding tonight, although it seems to have trailed off a bit, it was red and I'm feeling like I'm on a period. Called the hospital ("if there's a problem we will take you seriously" ) and they've been rather less than helpful. They wouldn't see me unless I went to A&E first, she even called me a liar that I've already been seen at the hospital (3 doctors, 2 scans) and booked in! I'm going to the EPAU tomorrow at noon (and PALS shortly after!) and I'm hoping there is a good explanation and baby is fine. I'm too scared to take my Heparin and Aspirin tonight in case I make it worse

Going to take some paracetamol and go to bed in a minute. Will let you know how it goes.

Gina80 · 29/07/2008 07:13

How are you feeling this morning TBM? Has the bleeding stopped? at that stupid cow for calling you a liar and making things difficult for you.

I have everything crossed for you and will be thinking of you today. I'm sending you lots of baby glue.
xxxxx

MarkStretch · 29/07/2008 07:26

Hope you're ok Tink x

rosieposey · 29/07/2008 08:12

Good luck for the scan today MarkStretch.

Tink, i hope the bleedings tailed off for you and EPAU can provide a good explanation for your spotting - hang on in there - we dont want to lose you either! Ill be thinking of you today and keeping everything crossed for you ok xx

Welcome Thehouseofmirth and congrats

Ok its definately cooler here today (hooray!!!) and im hoping that it stays that way ... yesterday was horrid and sticky and god knows what our electric bills going to be like because i dont think that iv'e switched the fan off for about 3 weeks.

EachPeachPearMum · 29/07/2008 09:10

Sorry, crashing this thread, just to say hope everything is well tomorrow Tink, and thinking of you.
so at the way they are treating this.

LittleMissNorty · 29/07/2008 09:16

Good luck Markstretch on scan (mine's Thursday - think we're due same time)

Thinking of you Tink....how are you?

SwampsterHasAWarmFuzzy · 29/07/2008 09:57

Thinking of you, Tink.

SwampsterHasAWarmFuzzy · 29/07/2008 10:01

Good luck with the midwife today, Coco. I've has the same community mw with all three and she is lovely.

I'm 12 weeks 4 days according to scan, but I put it at 10 weeks and a bit based on conception. MW put it at 11 weeks 4 days based on (probable) LMP.

As I'm almost certain to have an elective cs this time round it makes a little bit of a difference.

dinkystinky · 29/07/2008 10:02

Tink - hope all goes well at the EPAU today (and you get PALS to kick that stupid person up the bum for calling you a liar!) - am thinking of you.

laidbackinengland · 29/07/2008 12:44

Hope it's going Ok tink.

Having a funny day of hot sun one minute then pouring rain the next

All but oine of my clients have cancelled today and I am having to face the pile of 'things I have been putting off for several months but keep starting at me annoyingly from a file in my in tray'.

Yawn...better get on with it .

supersteph · 29/07/2008 13:06

Hope every 1 is ok. Tink let us know asap how things are. And every 1 eles havin scans today. I am 13 + 2 days and worried as I can not feel my uterus yet, but my tummy is def swelling out. just look fat at present. cannot wait till I get a proper bump. xx

Jelliebaby · 29/07/2008 13:34

Not been on for a while, still suffering with sickness.

Hope everything is ok Tink.

I had my scan at 8 wks 3 days and all was fine, im nearly 12 wks now but feel scared to tell everyone i'm pregnant in case something has happened since my scan. am i being neurotic??? I'm never happy unless i'm worrying about something.

Has anyone felt any kind of movement yet??

Cocodrillo · 29/07/2008 15:21

Good luck Tink, thinking of you.

MarkStretch · 29/07/2008 16:43

It is official.

I have a little baby in me.

I saw it and it was wriggly.

Good God I am relieved.

Swampster- can I ask why you are having an elective? Saw my consultant after my scan and they have offered me one at 39 weeks for various reasons and I am tryin to weigh it up in my head. Hope you don't mind me asking.

You can email me if you'd prefer- [email protected]

dinkystinky · 29/07/2008 16:51

Congratulations Markstretch - glad all good with the little one in your tummy. Was DD very excited by the whole experience?
