HEHE! Look what I spotted here!

What do you think?

LadyThompson · 11/06/2008 11:29

Girl, but don't sue me if it's a boy!

southernbelle77 · 11/06/2008 11:30

Sorry, being very me me me at the moment.

Got to go in for scan at 3pm. DH still away so can't come ( )but mil is coming with me. One of dd's friends mums is picking her up after preschool and taking her back for tea so I don't have to worry about her which is good.

Still got quite bad (well not bad as such but very noticable) abdominal pains which is worrying me most.

Olipop · 11/06/2008 12:03

Hello...southernbelle I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. God, the wait for the appointment is the most horrible bit. Lets hope that it was just a little blip and that the bean is hanging on in there.

Disenchanted · 11/06/2008 12:03

(((hugs))) southernbelle xx

minster · 11/06/2008 12:13

Oh ((southernbelle)) I hope you're okay

theyoungvisiter · 11/06/2008 13:17

southernbelle poor you - I hope they can set your mind at rest v soon.

GettingBiggerBird · 11/06/2008 13:18

Southernbelle, same from me - all the worrying and waiting and uncertainty of pregnancy is so hard.

On a frivolous note - the best maternity jeans so far for me are some off eBay, there seems to be a wholsale joblot going on somewhere as they're on here all the time - here's some cgi.ebay.co.uk/BNWOT-SLOUCH-MATERNITY-JEANS-SIZE-20-33-LEG_W0QQitemZ220242916098QQihZ012QQcat egoryZ15724QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem. They are really comfy, leg is very long, and they are under bump. If you search for 'maternity slouch' they come up - just make sure they're the ones with lots of pink detail at the back. Second best of the ones I have were from Seraphine, though they do need a belt. I bought a stretchy one which is much comfier.

Off for chocolate...

artichokes · 11/06/2008 15:07

Southernbellw - I know they are scanning you now so I am a little late in saying this, but I hope it is good news. Fingers crossed for you.

southernbelle77 · 11/06/2008 16:01

That's me out too. I need to be taken off the list. Have to go back in on Monday to have it finished off if it doesn't happen before then.

Good luck to you all and I hope no more of you have to go through this.

hattyyellow · 11/06/2008 16:26

GettingBiggerBird · 11/06/2008 19:02

Southernbelle - so sorry, make sure you let everyone take care of you, my family and friends gave me a lot of strength and support when I went through this.

charliesmum22 · 11/06/2008 20:00

Hi SouthernBelle, you poor thing. I am so sad for what you're going through. There's a few of us from this thread, as majormoo said, on a miscarriage thread so when you feel ready come and see us if you need to talk. Here's the link Being able to talk about what's happened to other people in the same position has been invaluable. I hope maybe we'll manage to help you too.

Thinking of you...

Glad to hear that things are going well for the rest of you. It's lovely to lurk on this thread from time to time

kd73 · 11/06/2008 20:10

minster · 11/06/2008 20:49

southernbelle77 · 12/06/2008 00:32

Thanks guys. Well I'm wake at, what is for me, an ungodly hour! Can't sleep! Fell asleep on the sofa earlier after dh got home and now I'm wake and starving hungry as not eaten.

After thinking i was not going near it, I think I will go and find the miscarriage thread.

Thanks again for all your kind words, they have meant a lot.

I really mean when I say that I hope everything works out well for all of you.

kd73 · 12/06/2008 01:40

Southernbelle, I received alot of support from the miscarriage thread and you will realise you are not alone during this horrible time, that brought me much comfort when I had my losses.

I can't sleep either so at least you have some company here!

kayzisexpecting · 12/06/2008 07:02

Southernbelle I am so sorry. Take care of yourself and have some rest. Will be thinking of you. X
