Babies babies babies! Congratulations Mocat, iarel, bobsmum, GCG, and Casserole! Well done all of you and such gorgeous names. (Ooh and congrats mumblesmummy on your new nieces, so glad they're doing well). I absolutely love Cerys bus DP says we can't use it cos we're not Welsh, ditto Orla cos we're not Irish... I need to fall in love with a Scottish girls name (but I am SO convinced I'm having a boy I've barely thought about girls names!)
Speaking of DP he's finally on his way! He'll be here on Saturday and he's currently on a 24 hour train across China. After 3 and a half months apart he's now only 3 sleeps away, hooray! It's more exciting than Christmas.
JBR so glad you and Isla are getting good at breastfeeding, thanks for the website, saved it for future reference.
Sorry Azaduhi and pinacolada that you've had crap GP/midwife appointments, it's really not the time for them to be letting you down!
asicsgirl Chinese school is all rather familiar to me, I've spent my time in China doing a mix of teaching at primary schools, kindergartens and senior middle schools (it was a 6 month teaching job in a middle school that took me out there initially) as well as time spent studying at 3 different universities (still trying to master the language). Even in he 4 years I've been back and forth I've noticed so many changes, I think you'd get quite a shock!
sweetbean my DP went to school in Winchester and grew up near Oxford. Hmm...
A wee bit of encouragement for those going over their due dates - in France pregnancy is counted as 41 weeks so think French and you're not late! Don't know if that helps but thought it was interesting!
Come on you babies in demand and stay put those who are not quite ready! As soon as DP gets here it's all systems go - lots of sex, raspberry leaf tea, pineapple and anything else I can think of! Can't wait.
Big hugs to you all lovely ladies
