Anyone else struggling with being exhausted most of the time? It’s always after meals with me, I need a nap and I’m finding it’s really affecting my mood and making me feel useless. I’ve been tracking my blood sugars for the last month and I don’t get any spikes or dips that would put me in the GD realm, but it’s like I have no energy at all. I don’t remember being this bad with DD 4 years ago.

@Gilm0reGirl I'm massively struggling with exhaustion. I can barely get through the working day at the moment and my job is a desk job so it's not like I'm on my feet. My poor husband does 99% of the cooking and putting DD to bed at the moment as by the time I've made it through the working day I'm just broken. I sound dramatic but genuinely that's how I'm feeling! probably made a lot worse by the continuous colds I've been having.

Ah thank you @Lid88 although I am sorry you’re feeling the same as it’s really putting a grey cloud over being pregnant. DH was away on business last night and I’m surprised I survived! this pregnancy is definitely sucking the energy out of me more compared to my first. X

Hi ladies! Fell off the face of mumsnet for a while there 🤣 but hoping I'll do better at keeping up this time.
We had our scan yesterday and found out it's a boy ☺️💙 so the nub theorists were right! Husband is very excited haha.

@Lid88 @Gilm0reGirl I'm exhausted too. I've gone from spinning 4+ times a week and going to the gym to barely being able to keep my eyes open past about 2pm. Just taking the dogs for a walk absolutely wipes me out. I feel like the life is being sucked out of me.

I never got the much talked about second trimester burst of energy and I am pissed off about it.

Also feeling the exhaustion lots of you mention... I expected the 2nd trimester to be so much easier but I think getting Covid at around 13 weeks screwed that up for me!!

I'm feeling tired too, have to go bed early otherwise I would feel so exhausted the next day.

This cold weather doesn't help too just makes me want to climb into bed during the day 😂

Oh my gosh, so many of us! Where is the second trimester burst of energy? I remember being fine last time and I was working, I genuinely don’t know how well I’d cope if I was doing the job I did when pregnant first time.

Another very exhausted pregnant lady here! Really struggling tbh, gonna start having some spirulina powder in apple juice and spatone as think it could be low iron on top of usual pregnancy fatigue! Never got second trimester glow.

Hey ladies, sorry I haven’t posted much, trying to work and be pregnant and have a toddler is so tiring!

I have my 20w scan next Monday (my due date is 29th April) I think I might be the last? Suddenly feeling quite nervous! It’ll be nice to find out the sex of baby so we can use he/her rather than it 😂
