Hey,

Verrry early days of course but just had a big fucking positive this morning and I'm so excited. I'll be due between the 4th to the 7th of April by my reckoning.

Anyone else just received their positive?

Has anyone had any pulling or stretching feeling. Have some pulling feel on my left side like just under my rib on the side of my stomach. Not sure if this is trapped wind etc but don't want to worry too much

@mummatara my daughter is 3 and 8 months :)

my only symptoms so far are peeing loads and tiredness.

I phoned the gp today and as the midwife is only there 2 days a week they had no availability for me?! The receptionist said she would leave a note for the midwife this Wednesday to see if she could fit me in. I’m with a new gp and apparently they only see women between 7-9 weeks.
Have any of you got/ had your booking appointment?

@T4Opal I don't have my booking appointment yet but we self refer at the hospital for our area. They send you a letter with appointment for booking that's between 8-10 weeks and your 12 week scan.

@T4Opal I've seen so many different referral systems on the forums it's crazy really. Us poor ladies don't know if we're coming or going 😳

I've done self referral and I've got my 1st appointment next week. But you won't believe what they've done!! No letter or email.

They told me over the phone 2 different medical centres and one postcode which none match to anything on my area. They won't answer the phone to me. Left messages. Round all the medical centres and no one has record of me. Honestly not sure what to do!

@Bubbles1995 wow that's crazy 😳 do they have an email. Once I was considered low risk last time the hospital referred me to our local midwife unit and you could never get them on the phone only email they did always respond very quickly to email. Or could you try self referring again? Someone might call you if you do that

@mummatara not found an email but I will try actually. I'm just so annoyed that no one wants to help. Going to ring again tomorrow and look for an email now!

@mummatara after ring the midwife office twice, medical centres around the area and also emailing I got the answers! They rang me back yesterday and I explained they've given me the wrong information and they gave me the right one now thank god!

Also has anyone else had like pulling stretching. I ended up ringing up 111 yesterday as when I was bending down or over to pick something up I had a weird ache. After speaking to them jt said it could be round ligament pain that's come early! Honestly so weird!

Hello! Just got a positive test saying 2-3 weeks, putting me at about 4 weeks pregnant and due around the 22nd April.

At least, I think… I’m not so good at tracking my period or cycles or anything like that 😅

This will be our second baby 😊 Been feeling quite sick and very hot lately.

@Bubbles1995 no aches here just heartburn which is worse some days than others and I had a couple of days of nausea just after breakfast at about 5+2 but that's fine again now. I'm trying to get everything together as we're off on our honeymoon next sat and there's so much to do

Hi Im 40 and have 3 children 20 13 and 12. Recently married just under 5 weeks ago after 16 years together
On Tuesday did a test and 2 strong line so next day got a clearblue and got pregnant and 2-3 weeks
I missed a period july shoul have been due on day after wedding (24/07) but it definitely happened after the wedding
Have no clue how many weeks I am

Got my booking appt date through today for when I'll be 8+2 and scan date for 12w on the nose! Currently 6+3 😊

@Margo34 glad I'm not alone with the aches. I'm on the fb group but no one really replies. I had mine on Wednesday so awaiting a scan date. I've booked another private one for tomorrow afternoon so hoping all is well and then I've had one every 2 weeks which seems extreme but gives me peace of mind. Did you get your scan and appointment all in one? X

Think I'll wait until much later on in this journey before joining the Facebook group 😊 I got a text with my scan appt, then a letter confirming it a few days later, and my booking appointment was noted on an app but I hadn't installed the app so had no idea until I rang the community MW to ask if I had an appt 😂

Glad your private scans have given you peace of mind. They cost nigh on £100 a scan where I live so I don't intend to have any. It is hard to wait though

@Margo34 I would say for the best. I might remove myself due to quite a lot of negativity and people putting the fear of god in you. That's lucky! I got my appointment and then waiting for my scan date via post.

£100! Wow. What part of the Uk are you? I've been window to the womb and I'm in the north west and I looked at prices for a city centre clinic and a country side one and there was nearly £30+ visit for the same scan! I've got one booked tomorrow early viability one (2nd one) it's (£49 and you get a picture and a report)

I'm South East, everything is expensive 😔 Good luck with your scan tomorrow! Is this your first or so you have any other DC?
