April 2023 Due Date Crew

Hey,

Verrry early days of course but just had a big fucking positive this morning and I'm so excited. I'll be due between the 4th to the 7th of April by my reckoning.

Anyone else just received their positive?

Is anyone doing an early scan?

Is the appointment done over the telephone!? Mine says its a telephone one..

@Bubbles1995 weve got one booked in for 27th august. I’ve got too many celebrations planned after that for friends birthdays etc that I would struggle to hide it, but equally not confident telling anyone until we’ve seen all is okay!

I’ve requested to join fb group this morning, am in such a lovely one from my March 21 baby. 💗 will be nice to have another for this little one!

Symptoms so far: drinking lots of water, eating lots and weeing constantly! Bit of headache but possibly just caffeine craving as cut down to one coffee a day now… this is hard with a toddler who isn’t sleeping and poorly atm. Dreading when sickness might hit already 🙈

@Babyfever93 I dunno how long I wanna wait. Maybe next week for mine or if I can wait week after! My symptoms are pretty mild (she jinx's it). Just some mild stretching feeling, back ache, metal taste and got from being exhausted to not being able to sleep. Had some nausea on Monday but that was the end of that so far. Weeing more... but with this one I go a lot but there's not loads there just more the feeling to go dunno if that's normal 😂

I felt nauseous yesterday evening and again after breakfast this morning. I'm also exhausted and thirsty!

@cryingbabymess @Wouldloveanother small sips of water throughout the day are more hydrating and better for rehydrating cells than guzzling a pint or 2 at once (apparently that flushes out the kidneys) ☺️

Forgot to add some lightheadedness as well

I am so thirsty and hungry too. Weeing loads and am so tired but also have a toddler who's not sleeping well atm, so that helps! Light-headedness for me too and some stretchy feelings going on.

oh, and nausea too! But not every day... yet

Please can someone help me with expected weeks. I'm so confused across apps nhs and god knows what else I'm between 5 to nearly 7 weeks!!

Last period was 26/06 cycle before was 34 days. I'm supposed to be 7 weeks on Sunday but when I've booked in my early scan for tomorrow it says I'm dead on 6 weeks. Honestly I'm lost!

@Bubbles1995 I went to the docs yesterday, my last period started 25/06 so she said makes me 7 weeks tomorrow. Due 1st April.
So just a day later for you x

If you don’t track ovulation, go by the NHS due date calculator. If you do, you can use the whattoexpect one and put the ovulation date in.

@Wouldloveanother didn't track but had tests done which says my ovulation date is between 13/15 day so I think I know what my ovulation date would be from this cycle I'll check it out. At the minute I'm just going to go off that j should be 7 on Sunday and see what they say tomorrow at my scan

Just had scan earlier than I thought! I'm measuring 5w5d with a heartbeat flickering away. I literally must have found out at like 3 weeks! Feel a little bit more real now as anxiety was setting in

@Wouldloveanother they've given me on the report 9th April which j originally had 8th but my apps amended themselves to 2nd! So we're on track!

Hello can I join please, got my BFP today looking at a due date of 19th April from period although I ovulated late so adjusted would be 22nd.
also I was staying at my friend’s house last night so she was first to find out and my husband is still yet to know!

Hey @Bubbles1995 yes I’ve been trying for 7 cycles so have been posting before, great you’re here too!
No I still haven’t told him! I’ve told him I’m 5 days late but I did 2 more tests today and the line was sooooo faint I don’t want to risk it yet! Argh so stressful

I'm getting a lot of heartburn which started at 6DPO I've never had heartburn in my previous two pregnancies so this is new 😂
