Have DS, 13 months. Stopped bf in Oct and immediately got pg but was chemical preg which I lost at 5 weeks. Now got BFP today, very excited. Quite faint line but definitely a line.

Anyone want to join?

I just got a BFP this evening on DS1's birthday so that was a nice surprise. It was a rule out PG type of test and wasn't really expecting it but we are both really happy.

According to the calculators EDD August 11th. I have 2 DC (2 years old today and 10 months)

Hello, I'm very tentatively reading this because I'm feeling just like I did in the early stages of my first pregnancy! My DS is 13 months and we conceived him after fertility treatment. We haven't exactly been careful and now I suspect I am pregnant again...

Am exhausted, feel fluey, sick and dizzy. Of course, I could just be ill but have breast tenderness too. Too soon to test but I am trying not to get my hopes up. Will watch this thread with interest and may well return.

Joan...you poor thing...did your sickness start this early with your other pregnancies?

My boobs feel like they have been repeatedly kicked and I feel very tired. No nausea yet but I know its on the way!!!

I got my BFP on due date of my first DD, albeit 5 years later IYSWIM. But kind of makes it more special.

I had sickness about 3 days before I found out, but seems to have faded. But know it's still very early days so a chance it could return

Well my only symptoms are sore (.)(.) and tiredness. Plus have a few cramps down there but think this is normal as everything is stretching/adjusting to make room

How is everybody else? Have we all gotten over the shock and now at the excited stage?

Ok heres my life story so far.....

I have a dp who's bday is the 7th aug
I have dd1 who's bdday is 27th july
I have dd2 whos bday is 18th aug
I have ds1 who's bday is 26th aug

I am now pregnant again and due around the 10th aug

and its my bday in 2 days yay

I had a mmc 3 months ago at 10+1

but am now looking hopeful and to the future!

so i'd like to raise a glass of orange juice to everyone and say

"heres to our ever growing bumps!"

Also have those cramps like AF is just around the corner and a bit of a headache. No sickness as of yet, has been week 5 onwards for previous pregnancies...

Off for a lie down, both DC are sleeping after tears, kicking and tantrums on leaving their playmates house (mostly from the toddler of course)

Have GP appt on Thursday

Oh and LOL at not getting out of bed till July...if only!

I've been getting cramp like tightenings too i think its just everything expanding

I am only 5 weeks on thursday...surely I am not expanding already?!!!!

Just wondering when you are all planning to go to your GP/book an app with the midwife??

At my surgery the GP's see you and you go straight to an app with the midwife....I will be 8 weeks at xmas so should I make an app before or after the holidays??

I have to wait for mw to phone me with an appointment but am hoping its not till after xmas

Well, i called my surgery this morning to say i'd have a BFP and they told me to come and see the GP this week and then if my memory serves correctly, the GP checks a urine sample, confirms pregnancy, gives me and EDD according to last AF and then makes me a booking appt with the midwife which is usually at around 10 weeks (or at least has been with mine) which right now seems a world away!!

Feeling absolutely shattered - suddenly gone into meltdown after cooking and house is a bombsite....send some energy purleeease....

Who have you all told so far? I've told both sets of parents and best friend...at least until the 12 week scan, fingers crossed.

Shazza - will give it a week I think. I haven't really resumed my cycle following the birth of my son who is 13months as I am still breastfeeding. I did ovulate though so I'm guessing I'll be able to test next Wednesday or so.

Have had spotting today (poss implantation? who knows) and am really, really tired. Coffee and orange juice taste foul and I have lost my sweet tooth. I almost feel like there's no need to test.

Will see what happens...

My dh is very against telling anyone till after the 12 week scan but I want to tell family before that really...would be a nice xmas surprise for them

Well, all except my MIL who I dont think will be at all pleased - especially as we have sold/given away all my sons baby stuff!!

we've told family and my boss at work, so he understands why I keep legging it to the toilet! going back to gp tomorrow for a different kind of morning sickness treatment before I lose my marbles

we have tod my mum and brother and that will be it until after 12 weeks, had a miscarriage b4 dd and bled during dd pregancy so everyone gets a bit anxious. i am dreading going to see midwife, she is going to tell me im over weight and tell m all about my bmi

Just spent ages typing a post for DS2 to mess with keyboard....grrrr! Rain or not got to get out of the house with these two this morning!!!

How are you all today? Am counting my blessing, no M/S as of yet but I'm sure it's going to sneak up on me!! DC and I have just had a couple of toasties, was starving (DC had like 1/8 of a toasty, i ate for them ) and out for a long walk now i think although would rather just potter around the house or go to bed!
