@Laura1348 as I bought snuzpod I got their waterproof mattress cover. Ikea sounds a bargain though and think dunelm mill do them too 😊
I didn't get one for the downstairs Moses basket tho 🤔

@Laura1348 check the mattress dimensions. The. Have a look, I found baby prem sheets on amazon quite cheap that I know will fit the Moses basket. Once you know the dimensions it's easier to search. I must look now too for the Moses basket lol

Second+ time mums: would you recommend a changing station on top of a chest of drawers? I'm wondering whether it's worth it as they are quite a lot dearer.

Ive just got a Moses basket and stand from
Adsa. It follows the regulations and seems okay.
I've now got to look for mattress cover for the next to me that will be upstairs.

My little one has grown fond of kicking my right ribs - limiting the sleeping options even further. It feels so bruised! Not that I’m sleeping anyway, to be honest 😑
@Chanel05 a changing station on top of set of drawers is fine! I did that with my firstborn. However, IKEA have some reasonable changing units that I believe convert into normal desks/bookshelves - mind, we haven’t assembled the one we picked up (or anything else) yet.

I got this one on online4baby as part of a bundle (£300 including the mattress, cot bed, drawers and dresser) BUT i am yet to receive it and I ordered it in April 😏

Same Lillice I ordered a tutti bambini bundle which said pre order for end July at end of May. Haven't heard from them since and I've a feeling it will be delayed 😂
I really want it to arrive I'm excited about getting the nursery organised and putting all the clothes in drawers!

That's the exact one I ordered in April too!!!! Was in the sale. I got the whole set.

It came in June after waiting for months!

The cot bed I've bought is now saying out of stock too... I'm hoping it's just a supply chain issue!

@CNovittBolden oh lucky you! You must have got the last one! Hopefully I will get mine soon, otherwise ill get a different model. I paid 299 for it, and it's still advertised at the same price. Are you happy with yours? Have you built it yet?

Argos. Only as I don't plan on ordering nursery furniture until the new year. I'v a build in wardrobe for al clothes etc.

I had a scan this morning. Almost 31 weeks and baby is 3lb 2oz, a small baby but doc was happy. Next check is in 2 weeks so 🤞 for some fattening up!!

We are still in painting mode!! Ordered a lampshade and that's about it!! I don't plan on ordering cot bed until after Christmas!! So the room is purely for storing clothes and the changing table!!

@ShiningStarz glad to hear the scan went well! Has your baby turned head down? Mine keeps flipping still, changing nearly every day.
@CNovittBolden oh no that sounds painful! Is the pain constant?

Yep @CNovittBolden strangely enough I get them when I'm out walking! It's almost like the pressure is too much!!

@Lilice not head down yet!! But has moved from left side to right!! Think the legs were straight so maybe not frank breech anymore!! Got 2 more checks by 35 weeks so fingers crossed for a turn head down !!! 🤞🤞
