Argggghhhhhhh!!!!! Blow this no computer lark, it's driving me mad not being able to keep in touch! Just another quick post to say Hi I'm still hanging on in there, but size and position of bump do make me wonder how long it will be .
Really hope all are ok - think I glanced on one post that lisa is in hospital, will be thinking of her.
Hopefully the weekend will see some computer time coming my way, so may get chance to read through the thread and catch up a little.

Just a quickie to say Hi to all and welcome to the newbie.
I'm making the most of being allowed out of prison for the night...my bloods and urine checks were good today and the bp though highish has been stable all yesterday and today so I've been given a pass so I can sleep in my own bed and have some "us" time with dh (and the dog)...I've got to be back in for the ward rounds at 8.30am but it is worth it;....consultant has finally decided to book me in for induction on Tuesday..(though they might start me off on monday night).. yesterday he was talking about this Friday but he now thinks a few more days for lo to drop below the brim of my pelvis and for the cervix to drop that last 1cm and dilate more than the 1cm it already has would give me a better chance of delivering without intervention...will keep you updated.

Buffy;glad to hear Scarlettes operation has been sucessful and hope you are reunited very soon and hoping you are feeling better..thinking of you at this difficult time.
Les; glad to hear Zach is doing so well.
Lisa; hope you and lo are ok

I had an early night last night. LO was practising her acrobatics again around 9pm. I had a bath to try and get her to settle down, but she was just as bad in there too. She finally settled down about 1am.

Got lots to do today, so won't be about much.

Just had a phone call. Lisad had a little girl at 7:15am this morning. Our dad phoned at 7am, to say that her waters had gone and she was 4cm, and then I got another call at 8am to say she had had her I don;t know the weight or anything else yet, but baby is here!!

well, self induction is not working, lo can't be ready yet!

its horrible weather here today and my jaw is hurting again, haven't got no plans today, don't know what to do with myself!

Well I have done the rasberry leaf tea, pineapple, nip stim and sex last night and then thought... oops maybe I should wait as there is no-one around this weekend to help me if anything happens

Lisad's little girl weighs 5lb 3oz. I hope to see them later

Lisa just phoned me, she had her girl with 3 contractions and her DH only just made it back to the hospital in time Can see her at 3pm, so will be seeing my new niece soon

mrsF, i've tried it all too! well, apart from the sex and nipple stimulation, can't stand my nipples being touched! and nothings happening, just a waiting game isn't it!

Well, we all had breakfast in the study this morning in preparation for the new kitchen. Ollie thought this was a great adventure!

I have absolutely no kitchen at all atm and my brother arriving tomorrow with his girlie for 5 days. I like to make things as difficult as possible!

... I wonder if we can make it through the weekend with no more babies?

No exciting news here - am utterly knackered, sleeping as much as possible while still trying to show my face at work often enough to convince everyone I am still here! Trying to work at home, but keep falling asleep!

Not sure what I?m up to today. Ds is in nursery so I only got up half an hour ago (not a great night?s sleep last night). Have a to do list as long as my arm so will probably get going on some of those jobs when I can tear myself away from MN!

Oh and after bitching about dh I do now feel very guilty after he got up this am with ds when it was my turn because he was awake anyway! All definitely not so bad!

I have my inlaws here but am working today (from home). I'm on a little break now (!). They are being okay - we went out last night and I'm cooking tonight, long story but never mind. Oddly they appear to be going on holiday when baby is due, but that is par for the course, really. DH is off with them for the day in the pouring rain. I've been working and wishing I was sleeping. Thank you all for your advice on working. I'm going to decide next week, I think. Next week is the worst week by far and I need to see how I feel. I'm seeing the midwife again on Weds after this week's little scare...
