I've searched for due date thread and couldn't find one so thought I would start a new one!

I'm 4+6 and due at the very beginning of September. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old so my hands are going to be very full lol!

That is good! I hope u will go through weekend without spotting! I have been testing a lot. Not going up for stairs or carrying anything heavy. We r expecting at the same time I think. U will be on September 11 I think? And I will be September 12. That is so exciting. Grin we can keep each other updated Bear

emmag2 · 05/01/2020 15:11

Hello all, am i too late to join? Had a faint positive 10dpo on thurs then had darker lines and CB bfps too. Got 1-2 weeks today at 13dpo. Been trying to conceive first baby for a few months now. DH worked out our due date as sept 14th, our wedding anniversary! Feel very very nervous rather than excited as so early. Just wishing all ok! Congrats to everyone else on all the BFPs! Xxx

HugeAgeGap · 05/01/2020 15:49

Congrats @emmag2 :-)

botbird84 · 05/01/2020 16:10

Congrats @emmag2, what great timing Smile xx

ChipsAreLife · 05/01/2020 16:33

Oh how funny we are all thirsty! Thought I was going mad. I just live for a cold squash these days 😎

botbird84 · 05/01/2020 16:55

Talking of being thirsty, is anyone else struggling with the reduced caffeine intake?! I'm used to drinking so much tea but now limited to 2 cups a day 😭. Bought Yorkshire Tea decaf but doesn't taste the same at all!

TG2019 · 05/01/2020 17:19

@botbird84 great question! I don’t drink
Tea but do coffee. I only drink one coffee a day. Every morning. But a really strong barista coffee, and I was so unsure with all the conflicting information I’ve just cut it out and 💤

Sunshinexx95 · 05/01/2020 17:20

@botbird84
I am struggling with coffee I drank 2 cups a day now I am drinking 0 cups. So i am cutting of completely. But I sometimes drink got chocolate hehe to make myself feel better
Xx

botbird84 · 05/01/2020 17:26

@Sunshinexx95 I wish I liked hot chocolate that would defo make life easier! @TG2019 I think you're allowed one filter coffee a day so you should be alright xx

emma278 · 05/01/2020 17:51

@botbird84 yes im really struggling, i like a nice cold coke zero when im really thirsty, i need to get some caffeine free stuff. I also have several coffees a day at work! Ill be having to buy the coffee round so people dont ask why I want a decaf! 🙈 xx

botbird84 · 05/01/2020 17:55

@emma278 think the next few months are gonna be expensive in more ways than one!

NameChange30 · 05/01/2020 18:36

There is no need to cut out caffeinated tea and coke (provided you're not drinking them endlessly that is). They have a lot less caffeine than coffee and even coffee is fine in small amounts.

Hi all I just found out yesterday I'm 5+2 due September 4th! First successful pregnancy I had a miscarriage last year but I was only 3 weeks and I just have a feeling that this is the one!!!! I'm pretty anxious and nervous feeling all the symptoms o should feel at this stage: tender boobs, swollen belly, nauseausness. I really want to try and embrace every moment of the pregnancy I thought it might help to join an online forum like this!!

emma278 · 05/01/2020 19:01

Congrats @Chadder2017 !!!! Sorry for you previous mc. I am full of nerves too. 😣 xx

JMill13 · 05/01/2020 19:04

Hey! Hope nobody minds me dropping in! Completely new to this whole thing but congrats everyone!

Got the positive on the 29th December, clear blue said 3+ weeks. We weren't actively trying or actively not trying but we were on holiday and I turned 30 mid December so I think the cards just fell into place. Due to different cycle lengths nearly every month its hard to work out due date but seems to be roughly 1st September.

I tested because we noticed super boob growth & pain and heartburn that could set a fire in the Sahara, But now a week later all symptoms have stopped except tender breasts and I have full crazy anxious head on. Is this normal? Or should I be worried? Sorry that was super long!

Chadder2017 · 05/01/2020 19:05

@emma278 is this your first pregnancy? Have you been trying for a while? Xx

emma278 · 05/01/2020 19:11

@Chadder2017 yes its my first. Weve been trying for a good few months but I hadnt got a positive opk until this month, we were starting to worry as I had been diagnosed with PCOS many years back. Feeling very very lucky to have got to this point and very very nervous. How about you? X

emma278 · 05/01/2020 19:13

@JMill13 congrats to you!!!

I feel exactly the same my very limited symptoms, tender breasts and tiredness really come and go and it just fills me full of dread! But one of my best friends who has 2 little ones says she had none til 8 weeks with her first and each day will be different. But im such a worry wort! Xx

emma278 · 05/01/2020 19:14

@Chadder2017 sorry have just reread your original post and see it is your first too. Wishing you lots of love and luck xx

ChipsAreLife · 05/01/2020 19:14

Yeah just to add to Name Changes post you can have caffeine! NHS has good info on how much is in what. Just be aware it's in things like chocolate too 😭

Chadder2017 · 05/01/2020 19:17

@emma278 awww that's amazing news makes me happy for you! kind of been through the same I had to have some abnormal cells lazored off my cervix twice last year and I was just certain that I couldn't have a successful pregnancy and I know I'm only early stages and probably shouldn't jinx it but I just feel positive! I think sometimes it's all about timing and it happens at the right time! Hopefully! Xx

emma278 · 05/01/2020 19:20

@Chadder2017 Aw so good you have a good feeling. Im sure it will all be great. 🥰. Our due date would be our first anniversary but I dont want to get too carried away thinking its a sign 😂. My DH bought a book and I got cross saying he was going to jinx it 🙈 Have you told anyone yet? So pleased for you too! especially after such a nasty time with some tricky cells xxx
