Hi, just found out after a long time trying! Haven't really told anyone yet so thought some ladies in the same position might want somewhere to share symptoms/stories/worries. Doesn't feel real yet and that 12 week scan seems a loooooong way off!! 😂

Is this Facebook group definitely private so that no one would be able to see we've joined it? I'm so worried that someone will spot I'm pregnant when I haven't even told family and work! 😂 x

@Mammasj good point 😂I'm not telling until 13 weeks earliest as my 12 week scan is not until 12+4

Sorry for the confusion guys, @ClaraLane and I are just sorting out the page and figuring out if we can make it visible but still private! Link won't work till we have figured it out.

Hey ladies, I have joined now but it's not showing as in my groups on FB so I can't message in group as I can't find it 😂😂😂 someone message me in the FB group so I can see.

@Mammasj it has got quite an inconspicuous name doesn't mention baby/pregnant etc it's just the month names August/September 💕 so could be anything such as a hen do, girls night out etc. :)

I'm worried about the same thing! I haven't told anyone I'm pregnant so don't want it on my Facebook page. Is there a way of it not showing up? Also how do you PM on here lol? X

Hey all, the reason it's showing up as broken is coz it is currently "hidden". It's also "private" which means absolutely no one can see who is in it til they are members. Only thing is that admins can be seen by non members (me and @ClaraLane are admins). So that's why we have made it hidden, but it makes it harder to find lol. Don't worry at all about it coming up anywhere it won't it's completely private!
Please send me your FB names in a PM on here and I'll find a way of adding you!

@Mrs71 I think it's because we are using the app lol. @IslayBrigid kindly private messaged me and my email led me to the website rather than the app. I have messaged her my name so she can add me to the FB group. If you log onto the website, it's much easier 😂 xx

Hi ladies, everything went well at the scan. Baby is looking healthy development wise and she dated me 2 days further than the last 3 scans, so will see what they say at the main scan next week. Was so lovely to see our baby move about 🥰

@Mrs71 I really hope not 😂 the ladies sound like they know what they are doing which is great. I am a little technologically challenged I must admit 😂 But the group is only named after months anyway so it shouldn't give any indication as to what the group is about. I'm waiting for the invite on FB 😊

Hey everyone! Sorry about all the confusion!

It was impossible to add people who aren't FB friends without making it 'visible' which we have now done. But don't worry it is still private. The only people who are visible before you join are @ClaraLane and me coz we are admins. Everyone else is hidden! It's completely private so don't worry about that.

We have also updated the name to Lucy's Hen Aug/Sep '20 just to throw people off lol.

@IslayBrigid thanks for sorting this! When I just posted, it comes up on my newsfeed - is that ok? I assume it's only mine and not any of my friends etc? Lol x

@Mammasj yes it will only be yours as the settings for private say 'only members can see other members and posts' so it won't come up on your friends feeds!
