New thread for our July gang 😊

Shall we do a little reminder of who we all are so we can see who is on here - Age, current EDD and if we know our 12 week scan date?

I'll start:

31 - EDD 08/07 - 12 week scan 24/12

@susie12345 no this is my NHS 12 week dating scan :)

If everything goes ok we will be telling our son that's he's getting the baby brother/sister he's wanted for so long on Xmas eve :)

@showmewhatyougot apparently you can have brie if it’s well cooked. I’m having serious cheese cravings - made myself bacon with cheese on toast earlier and had it as a sandwich 😋

Sorry to hear about your migraines @RedRobin7 have you been to see your gp? Is there anything you can take?

So..just had my first scan today (private) at 10wks6! Booked a private one for reassurance as I had some spotting in the early weeks, and cramping and then thought my symptoms of nausea had gone. Sonographer said he thinks I'm actually 11wks4 and everything looks okay. I've got my 12 weeks screening/dating/ nuchal scan on the 6th of Jan which means depending on how fast baby grows..it may be too late for nuchal screening. They've also found fibroids-anyone have experience of pregnancy with fibroids? It's really quite surreal to see the fetus on a screen moving about but it's actually in me!

@showmewhatyougot awww thats going to be awesome, i bet he is going to be sooo happy!! Let us know how it goes!!!

@Bibinka i was told i also have fibroids, 14mm in size, nothing else, think they will check at 12 week scan if they are growing. I have no idea what it can mean for the pregnancy tho

I cant sleep :( im up few times at night and then wake up ridiculously early. I love my sleep as well :(

@susie12345 I know the feeling, I'm waking up early too then just can't drop back off. My toddler keeps waking up earlier & earlier too x

@Secondsop So pleased you got to see the heartbeat before flying! Hope you're starting to feel better.

@PixieN I can only take paracetamol which doesn't help. Doctor said I can take coedine if desperate but it's not advised... so I'm not touching it! As long as baby is okay I'm happy to suffer but my work are telling me to see the dr. I've had them all my life they're just more frequent now that I'm pregnant, nobody can stop them from happening so not much I can do! I've been in bed since Friday evening so need to get up and get on with things.

Sorry I'm a bit late to find this thread!
I'm 31
1st pregnancy and my EDD is 4.7.20
Got our 12 week scan on the 27th Dec. We had a private one at 10 weeks and all was looking fine. Really can't wait for the 12 week scan now to see how much baby has grown.

Final private scan if the first trimester 🥰 baby was a little work kicking its legs away. Absolutely amazing. But ahead and Extra day so my dd is looking like DS birthday 🙈 any guesses on gender?? X

I've got a private scan tomorrow lunchtime,I'm now just over 11 weeks.
Feeling very anxious with this pregnancy no idea why.I wasn't like this with my other two.Hoping after tomorrow that i might settle and start enjoying it.

Dating scan not till the 3rd January.

Thanks everyone over the moon. Hoping I finally calm down. This first trimester after a miscarriage in July has been so worrying.

@RedRobin7 I'm 10 weeks 5 days . Exactly where my lmp put me weirdly x

I'm 20, already had an 8 week scan, got one at 10 weeks tomorrow and then I have a 13 week NHS scan on the 13th January! My current estimated due date is 20th July

Second pregnancy also, first pregnancy ended in MMC at almost 11 weeks in July

Looks like there is quite a few of us having a scan tomorrow so good luck everyone. I have to say i dont think im going to be able to sleep im sooo scared!

Hope this is ok to join! First post ever as well. I’m 29 EDD is 16.7.19 and this is my first pregnancy. I had a private scan yesterday and was very overwhelmed seeing our tiny baby for the first time. Can’t stop smiling today. Have had nausea and bloating but nausea is easing off recently. We are telling close family at Christmas and I can’t wait to let them know. NHS scan is booked in for 2nd Jan.

So lovely seeing and hearing about everyone’s scans. I finally have a booking appointment for 2nd jan and a 12 week scan on 20th jan. seems ages away!

@SarahIOM we have the same can date! Had my first scan at 6 weeks and got to see the tiny heart beat ❣️

Sorry to hear that @RedRobin7 My hubby suffers with migraines too and looked horrified when I mentioned you not being able to take anything for them 😔 He has magnesium supplements which he thinks helps.

I’ve got my scan tomorrow too - it’s the 12 week one so feeling nervous x

Of course in typical pregnant fashion I've already been sick twice today, and somehow have to attempt to keep 1 & 1/2 pints of water down in the next hour :|
