@misspepper8 I know my midwife personally so think she's been a bit lapse with me tbh and hasn't mentioned anything to me. I've not even booked in for my 28 week appointment and I'm 28 plus 2....i think most start around 32 weeks?

My midwife gave me the number to call to book on to antenatal classes we are booked on end of January when I'm 34 weeks

@SweetChillis where abouts are you from? That's mad. @mockingjay27 I'm going to ask when I go for my growth scan on Thursday. @dinosauraddict have you had your first scan with the diabetes team yet?

@Jesskir89 I'm in Norfolk. Apparently they think we live in a digital world and no on has time to go to antenatal classes so they have launched a website with badly presented videos (not the midwives fault, they just aren't natural presenters) and cancelled all NHS antenatal classes. They seem to have forgotten we might want social interaction and to meet other people. I think this might become the norm across the country to save money, which is a shame. I'm lucky, I can afford to pay privately but so many people can't

@MissPepper8 owwww not long now!!! Iv got 9 weeks left! But I hoping she comes before that! Maybe 6 weeks???? Lol 🤗😬😁

I had a 28 week growth scan today. Baby is estimated at 3lbs! I know these growth scans can be in accurate but it seems about right seeing as my first was 9lb 15oz. Baby is also breech, which I googled and wish I hadn't! Feeling super uncomfortable at the moment!

@SweetChillis God help us if they do it sounds awful. @ttc19 I've got mine Thursday but I'll be almost 28 weeks. I didn't think they looked at the babies position this early as plenty of time to turn? Try not to worry

@Jesskir89 No they didn't seem fussed but I got myself in a tizz as you do 🤦🏼‍♀️

We don't have antenatal here either anymore! I went with my first, it was ok, a good reason to get out of work ha ha x

@ttc19 my baby was breech at 28 weeks too! I'm now 31 weeks and she turned to head down already so please don't worry! Baby has got ages yet to turn x

I had a growth scan today & whenever the lady took any measurements it came up with 33wks 4days on the screen.. I'm only 31weeks! Does that mean baby is measuring big? She didn't mention it and said everything looked fine so I'm not worried.. more worried about having to push out a huge baby 😂

@ttc19 my boys been head down since at least 25 weeks but midwife told me he can turn again so fingers crossed your baby will soon :) @maria94 did they tell you what centile you're in x

@Jesskir89 I don't get on with mine very well lol... Not from lack of trying, bit gutted really as the mw who had me the last 10 weeks was amazing but she doesn't do my clinic. Ah ok, I might ring on Friday then :). I did want to do just hypnobirthing class but I have a good book on it too x

@barnyb I'm so excited for baby now lol, 37 weeks and I'm trying whatever can 😂. Think I'm more impatient cause I've been unable to buy girl or boy stuff too 😂 x

@misspepper8 was that due to babies position or choice you don't know the gender?

@Jesskir89 no she didn't! I've got a midwife appointment this week so I guess I'll find out more then. X

@Jesskir89 I decided not to find out, I love being pregnant but not the sick side so with a repeat I said to DH before 20 week scan could we not find out as this will be our last. Now I just moan alot when I see cute stuff that I don't know and can't buy it 😂

@maria94 have a look in your green note book it might be on the chart....@misspepper8 you've got more will power than me.... We said we werent going to but then did lol

@Jesskir89 My family don't stop now, it's constant guessing, my sister found out she is having a boy yesterday so I think they're all hoping for a girl. I think I'll be a bit sad either way lol (I know that's stupid) x

Happy New Year all!

Anyone else woken up with the dawning realisation that they’re going to have a baby this year?!?!?! Suddenly two and half months feels like a very short space of time 😱

Ermmm yes!!! It’s 8.5 weeks until my due date and I’m soooo ready for this now !

@whiskersonkittenss those scan photos are so cute! I had a 3D scan a few weeks ago and I wish I waited a bit longer until baby got a bit chubbier😍

@barnyb 8.5 weeks!!!! ahhhh!! You're like me.. everyone keeps saying 9 weeks to go and I'm like no, 8 and half! Makes it sound a bit sooner 😂
