Anyone else just got their BFP? After 15 months of trying I have finally got mine, I am so excited but terrified of the long nine months ahead. Will definitely be going for an early scan in December for some reassurance!

@LillyLeaf ahhhh so pleased! I've been thinking of you! I got 1.9 for the nuchal. She said above 3.5 would be a worry.

My nausea is sooo bad in the evenings too! Glad it's not just me! I feel a bit cheated that it's not eased as I'm 13 weeks on Sunday. Hoped it'd be about gone by now! The other night I was close to putting my fingers down my throat to try and make me sick to give me some relief! @HairsprayBabe @pottypotamus along with that my hips are soooooo painful during the night 😫

pottypotamus · 17/01/2020 18:10

@squirrelnutkins1
In my last pregnancy, the loss of appetite and mild nausea lasted until 20 weeks Confused really hope mine eases soon.

LucyLucyT · 17/01/2020 18:21

I'm still getting nausea and I'll be 15 weeks on Monday. I think it is getting slightly better but also getting a fair bit of reflux now! Starting to get a little bump now but it's hidden behind loose skin from previous weight loss as well as some food based weight gain I think!

LillyLeaf · 17/01/2020 18:54

A bit random but does anyone cycle? I stopped riding my bike after my embryo transfer and haven't been on it since. I only cycle at weekends and it's only a 20 min cycle. I've read conflicting advice.

WooMaWang · 17/01/2020 19:38

I cycle to work usually but I haven't this winter. Thing is, it's so much quicker to cycle than to drive (in traffic) or get public transport. So I would rather cycle.

Kiki275 · 17/01/2020 21:32

@LillyLeaf I don't cycle, but if you enjoy it and can comfortably continue then there's many benefits to you in doing so. I imagine there's hundreds of ladies cycling around Amsterdam who are expecting. The major issue will be likelihood of an accident, so maybe choose a safer route if the one you take can be a bit fraught x

Ethellsmum · 18/01/2020 09:40

I’m 13+5 today and was hoping to get to 20 weeks before telling everyone at work. I’m not sure I’m going to make it that far before people start guessing!

HairsprayBabe · 18/01/2020 10:14

Ooh @ethellsmum look at you! ❤️

I wish I was getting a bump! I thought I was getting one a week or so ago but I think I was just a bit bloated and I have nothing now! I am 13+2 and look no different to when I first found out! Still in my normal jeans - boobs are a bit bigger but not noticeable for most people I don't think...

vickivix1 · 18/01/2020 15:42

Ahhh lovely bump hun @ethellesmum

vickivix1 · 18/01/2020 15:43

Another one here whos due date changed to the 26/7 💙 @squirrelnutkins1

vickivix1 · 18/01/2020 15:45

Feeling so rough and nauseas today also like an elephant!!!
Haha i realised today 2nd trimester starts ar 14 weeks, hurry up and get me there 🤦🏼‍♀️🤗 so i can get this glow they all talk off 🤣🤣🤣🤣

LillyLeaf · 18/01/2020 16:07

My due date is still 26th as it's IVF so they don't change it. Still nauseous today, not too bad but there. Still tired and feeling lazy, I could really do with cleaning my flat, although I did manage a bit of gardening until I could handle the cold.

mywrencalls · 18/01/2020 18:10

Another 26/7 due date here Smile

Haven't left the sofa all day today Shock literally done nothing remotely productive and just got DP to order foid because I can't be bothered to get up and cook. So lazy!

ninemonthwait · 18/01/2020 18:27

@Ethellsmum awww lovely bump! I can't wait to start showing

Hi ladies how are we all? Just let my sister in law for dinner, she’s just found out her boyfriends sister is also due a baby in July!! They got married on the same day as me and my DH too, spooky!! I did wonder if she was on this thread but apparently they’re in Sri Lanka at the minute and no one here has mentioned that!
I was a bit surprised by that, it was one of the places on the list of countries the midwife asked us about.. not sure I’d be comfortable going at 3 months pregnant, but maybe I’m just being paranoid?

HairsprayBabe · 20/01/2020 08:23

Ooh that's exciting @amysara24 lovely to have cousins born so close together!
My brother and our closest cousin are only 5 weeks apart in age and are still thick as thieves now they are in their early 20s

amysara24 · 20/01/2020 18:29

@HairsprayBabe we’ve never really met her boyfriend or his family as they live in a different part of the country which is a shame but my SIL is adamant they’ll be pen pals 😂 I have so many cousins born within a year either side of me, makes me a bit sad that bean won’t have that!

HairsprayBabe · 20/01/2020 23:16

Oh I'm so sorry! Don't feel bad, I had no cousins close in age to me - my closet cousin is three years younger, a boy (well a man now!) and grew up the other side of the country to me.

Close cousins are nice to have if they are around but it isn't the end of the world if they only see each other once a year, or less.

HairsprayBabe · 21/01/2020 18:48

Got my screening results back this morning we are low risk for everything happily, hope everyone else is getting good results too Flowers

amysara24 · 21/01/2020 18:55

@hairspraybabe that’s wonderful news you must be delighted 😀 I’m not sure when to expect news back but assuming no news is good news for now!

LillyLeaf · 21/01/2020 19:31

@HairsprayBabe that's great. I'm dreading mine. I really think it will be high risk due to my age (37). My nt was 1.5. I'll hopefully get mine on Friday. It's so scary waiting.

amysara24 · 21/01/2020 20:11

I just checked the matnotes app and turns out my results had been uploaded there. It says low risk, 1 in 82478 chance apparently. @LillyLeaf I hope you get yours soon, that’s a good NT measurement though so fingers crossed x

CheesePleaseLoueese · 22/01/2020 14:37

I am now 13 weeks and have just had my 12 week scan. Due date is 27 July.

Is anyone still dealing with crippling tiredness? The nausea is better but I'm still so tired of the time...

ninemonthwait · 22/01/2020 20:38

@CheesePleaseLoueese I could honestly sleep for 24 hours and still be tired!!
