Hello Everyone!

I am due my second baby on 27th June 2020. I thought I would start a separate thread for those due at the end of the month as I don't know about you but I feel a bit left behind in the June thread Grin. Maybe we can have people from 20th June to 4th July in here? Then we will all be super close!

Maybe we can comment with a bit of info so I'll start:

Due date: 27th June
Baby: #2
TTC cycle: 6
Symptoms: nausea when hungry and hot flushes

Glomum77 · 24/10/2019 08:07

@MRSRCH oh goodness I am sorry. Really hope u have the best possible months ahead. Maybe some physio input? All the best indeed

Blossomingflower94 · 24/10/2019 08:42

@Magpiefeather i'm sorry to hear you have this horrid viral bug. I'm with you on the feeling like death, maybe death warmed up a little bit though These hot flashes are no joke! haha

Going to pop to the pharmacy later and see if there is anything safe to take overnight as I was struggling to breathe last night and ended up needing my inhaler again.

Crackers is exactly what I have, I was trying to quietly munch them without waking DP haha

Hi all
Wanted to join in this thread! I am 5 weeks 4 days with our first and due around the 20th June which will be one day before our first wedding anniversary!

It's so reassuring reading this thread because like others I have really minimal symptoms, kinda sore boobs at time and some light cramping is the high of it.
Apparently symptoms can really kick in around week 6 which i'm hoping for because right at this moment I am seriously tempted to pay for a private early reassurance scan maybe around week 8!

TheLongestWait · 24/10/2019 11:57

Welcome @BelBabe Smile
I have an early scan booked for 6 weeks due at EPU due to a health condition. Although I'm pleased about this I still know things might not work out past 6 weeks so don't think it will offer me much reassurance for long! Ive also been looking at where I can go for private scans locally after 6 weeks but think I may be going a bit OTT!

I also find it reassuring to hear people don't have many symptoms. I'm more worried that mine seem to have subsided a little (not that there was really any major symptoms anyway). I've also read 6 weeks seems to be when things ramp up a little so I'll just try and wait patiently until next week

NotMaryWhitehouse · 24/10/2019 12:42

@TheLongestWait yes!! I just said to my OH that I felt FULL Of energy 🤣 I am a woman who needs 8 hours a night but I keep waking up throughout the night then hopping out of bed in the morning, bizarre!

@BlueBelle81 hello fellow 38 year old! 👋🏻

This will be our first baby and we have been waiting for this for what seems like forever.
My GP was about to refer us for treatment and we cannot believe it, still.
EDD 23/6

Is anyone still obsessively testing? I thought this would have passed by now but I’m still testing every morning to check the line is getting darker. I’ve even gone & got some cb Digi’s this morning because I just needed it to say “pregnant 2-3”. I’m only 4 weeks today! This is going to be a longgggg 36 weeks!!

Bisquick · 24/10/2019 13:03

I’m feeling like I need more reassurance. Tempted to buy a few more tests. You’d think I’d have my hands full with a tiny toddler but I’m struggling with the anxiety.

Lgxo · 24/10/2019 13:12

@Bisquick

I’m doing 1 or 2 a day, it’s so stupid, but can’t help it. Wish they’d make something that can tell you everything is ok from the minute you conceive!

Absa · 24/10/2019 14:04

Does anyone on here live in the Northamptonshire area?

hjbows88 · 24/10/2019 15:02

Hi all,

Currently 6+0 and due 20th June. First pregnancy. Obsessively doing tests and symptom checking. Having a bit of a panic as had a 'gush' of discharge yesterday and then woke up today and boobs feel less sore and have had less discharge and less bloating (although had been constipated for a couple of days and got relief from that last night and this morning so that may be why my bloating has subsided). Not really had any nausea - the odd wave that lasts a few seconds but that is it. Anyone else similar? Anything to worry about?

Amelia7579 · 24/10/2019 16:50

Hi all just wanted to join this thread as I only found out the other day I am 4 weeks with baby number 2! dd1 is 20 months old.

I am excited but worrying with how I will cope with a toddler and newborn.
Any advice?

csey · 24/10/2019 17:22

Hi all, I hope it's OK to going, I'm 27, this is my first pregnancy, due 29th June 2020 TTC 2 years +.

Hiding it until 12 week scan which is so hard!

Bisquick · 24/10/2019 17:44

@lgxo - are the lines getting stronger?
I took a digital test that showed 1-2 weeks on Monday, and same result today. I also took a non-digital clear blue test and it shows the line but it’s not super bright. Feeling worried about a chemical pregnancy or an early MC, just trying so hard to not get over anxious and emotional.

Scrubbyy · 24/10/2019 18:00

Hi all hope you don't mind me joining. This is my first pregnancy and I got my bfp yesterday at 10dpo (due 1st July I think?) and have been frantically testing all day to make sure there's still a line. Still getting my head around it, can't quite believe it! Hope everyone is holding up okay, I've had a bit of nausea/restless legs over the past few days leading up to bfp and wanted to scream at my coworkers today but feeling okay other than that!

Lgxo · 24/10/2019 18:51

@Bisquick tbh I can’t notice a big difference, but I keep using different cheap tests so that’s probably why. The lines aren’t that strong really. I did do a clear blue digital today though after a 2.5 hour hold and that came up “pregnant 2-3”, I also got my “pregnant 1-2” on Monday.

I’m just trying to tell myself, if there’s no blood. Then don’t worry. I know that there’s not always a bleed when you miscarry but that makes me feel a little better to think of it like that. And tests are still coming up positive, so we need to think positive! How far along are you again?

Lgxo · 24/10/2019 18:53

@Scrubbyy

Congrats!! I also got my BFP at 10dpo. I’m due 2nd July & I’m 4 weeks today so I think maybe you’ll be due 6th July? So close together ☺️ although the midwife put me at 6 weeks because of LMP but I know I ovulated 2 weeks ago. How do you know you’re 10dpo? X

selavy · 24/10/2019 19:04

Hi everyone! Can I join please?
Got a BFP on Monday after trying for a year - still can’t quite believe it!
First pregnancy, due on 24th of June.
I’m finding it really hard to not tell anyone and to not ask anyone for advice, so it would be great to share this journey with you all.

Lgxo · 24/10/2019 19:22

@selavy

Congrats lovely! How exciting! Honestly I can’t give you any advice on not telling anyone. I’m trying my hardest but I’ve already told the girl who works for me, gave myself an excuse that she needs to know incase I randomly start throwing up or being mean. Also I was due to go to a bottomless brunch this weekend so had to tell my friend why I can’t because he kept asking me dates to rearrange!

we’ve also both told our mums😬

selavy · 24/10/2019 19:49

@Lgxo thank you! It doesn’t feel real yet - I did the test on Monday thinking it would be negative (again!) and then I could just stop thinking about and then ... BFP!
I think I’m going to tell my mum too. I’m worried about getting our family’s hopes up in case the worst happens but I also need someone to talk to. I also think that my mum would be really upset if I waited until 12 weeks to tell her.

Nicol4shaw · 24/10/2019 20:05

Hi, I’m due end of June 2020 and for the past week I have had the worst cramps (period pain types) all week. I have Googled it which said it is normal but it’s my first and I’m extremely paranoid. Has anyone else had this?

Lgxo · 24/10/2019 20:08

@selavy

I did a test on Saturday and it came up with the faintest line. My boyfriend told me I was crazy and seeing things. I did one the next day, an internet cheapie and he could see that line haha. Raced to boots and got a couple of FRER and a CB digi 🥰

And it’s so hard not telling anyone. Even with websites like this, it’s easy to feel alone. Will be nice to have your mum to talk to! Of course she’ll worry, but that won’t stop once you get to 12 weeks, that’ll be forever!

Scrubbyy · 24/10/2019 20:36

@lgxo congratulations! Mainly from OPKs, I'm guessing though, this is all brand new to me so I'm probably due closer to 6th like you. Trying my best not to stress haha.

Scrubbyy · 24/10/2019 20:38

@lgxo sorry just seen you're due the 2nd! Heads all over the place do excuse me 🙈

Bikbikmum · 24/10/2019 21:07

I had received referral letters today. Got 1st appointment on 26th Nov (w9) and dating scan and combined screening on 20th Dec (w12) :)
