Hello Everyone!

I am due my second baby on 27th June 2020. I thought I would start a separate thread for those due at the end of the month as I don't know about you but I feel a bit left behind in the June thread Grin. Maybe we can have people from 20th June to 4th July in here? Then we will all be super close!

Maybe we can comment with a bit of info so I'll start:

Due date: 27th June
Baby: #2
TTC cycle: 6
Symptoms: nausea when hungry and hot flushes

Oh @Blizy and @Bikbikmum sounds grim hope you’re both feeling better now!

@Bikbikmum I fainted a few weeks ago and DH found me passed out half naked on the loo in the middle of the night Blush similar happened to me early in my last pregnancy too. I do have low BP though and occasionally have fainted when not PG too. Think just try not to get up too quickly, make sure you keep hydrated, don’t overheat etc is what midwife told me last time.

Ah @Cornishbumpkin poor you sounds awful. I know what you mean, I’m occasionally sick but mainly just so so nauseous for much of the day and it’s soooo horrible. When I’m sick at least it does actually bring some temporary relief.

I’ve started noticing in the last few days I’ve been getting breathless and noticed my heart racing a few times. Don’t remember this from last time. Or certainly not until I was heavily pregnant. Has anyone else experienced similar?

7+ 3 today

gemf87 · 15/11/2019 21:51

@marmitecheesetoast I've noticed this this week. I'm 7 weeks today! Feeling nauseous most of the day now, especially evenings.

P.S your username on here makes me hungry

Bikbikmum · 15/11/2019 21:59

@marmitecheesetoast we should be careful. I normally dont have a similar problem unless I am sick. I also feel super slow. Sometimes breathless. Mostly weak.

marmitecheesetoast · 15/11/2019 22:11

Ha sorry @gemf87! I’m making myself hungry too now actually! (Honestly though I just seem to be constantly hungry?!)

Glad to know it’s not just me though. @Bikbikmum I googled and does seem to be quite a common 1st trimester symptom due to increased blood flow etc I gather. I’ll just keep an eye on it and mention to MW at booking in. It seems to be worse towards the end of the day, particularly on days I’m at home with my toddler so wonder if it’s to do with just racing around all day and not getting a chance to sit down much.

Magpiefeather · 16/11/2019 08:52

Yes I get breathless too!

Anyone else struggling to drink enough with the nausea? I have to constantly sip - if I drink too much in one go I’ll definitely throw up - so I’m kind of scared to drink. The nausea can do one it’s horrible.

gemf87 · 16/11/2019 09:15

@Magpiefeather the nausea is horrible isn't it. I'm lucky enough to not be sick. But I think nausea is worse.

I have my hen do today aswell so I'm hoping I can keep the nausea at bay and enjoy myself. Today was the first day I had a lay in as I didn't have work so hopefully it will be okay.

Have an amazing hen do @gemf87! Do your friends know you’re pregnant?

mrssunshinexxx · 16/11/2019 09:50

@gemf87 ah that's so exciting will you be able to hide the not drinking? When is your wedding.
how special x

gemf87 · 16/11/2019 10:09

@Magpiefeather some do and some don't... 🙈

@mrssunshinexxx I'm getting married on 21st December in Jamaica. Luckily I can say I've got to drive home which I do as I live an hour and a half away plus I'm not a massive drinker which helps

mrssunshinexxx · 16/11/2019 10:22

Oh wow @gemf87 enjoy!

Blizy · 16/11/2019 10:32

gemf87 hope you have a fab day!
Bit of a strange one but has anyone got a problem with phlegm? I have constant phlegm which I think
Is what's making me vomit. I don't have a cold or anything I'm
Just so full of mucous!

Cornishbumpkin · 16/11/2019 11:15

OMG @Blizy I thought it was just me!!! It definitely makes my nausea worse having to swallow it (sorry TMI) but if I try and cough it up it makes me vomit.

TheFoz · 16/11/2019 11:30

Are you drinking fizzy drinks or eating chocolate? They make me phlegmy. Also dairy products cause phlegm.

Blizy · 16/11/2019 11:42

cornishbumpkin I'm exactly the same, it's awful!

No fizzy drinks, chocolate or dairy as I can't stomach them!

Cornishbumpkin · 16/11/2019 13:44

I've gone off chocolate and not really tolerating dairy but have drank some fizzy drinks on days I'm not eating. Can't say I've noticed a link but it's def something I can cut out if that will stop it lol

EmBrum · 16/11/2019 20:11

Oh ladies! I had my early scan today and there was nothing there yet :( it's so sad to see an empty screen. They tried the vaginal option too but still nothing. But ruled out ectopic I think. Get a free rescan in 3 weeks so fingers crossed.

Going by last period I am 7+1 weeks but if I ovulated later as they suspect then maybe 6 weeks. But omgosh I am devastated. Going to retest in the morning. Just need to check.

Hope you're all having better Saturday evenings! xx

StrawberryGoo · 16/11/2019 20:13

So sorry embrum. Hopefully it is a late ovulation and all will be fine but I can’t imagine how worried you must be. Take care of yourself and all the best for the follow up scan Flowers

EmBrum · 16/11/2019 20:24

@strawberrygoo thank you so much. I really hope so. Surely with a positive test and no bleeding it can't have just disappeared! Ah! 😱

thirteen92 · 16/11/2019 21:05

Hey guys I’m still bleeding (this is day 10 now)! EPAU aren’t concerned because I’m not bleeding enough to fill a pad (it’s only when I wipe) but it’s a mix of red and brown. Sometimes it almost stops, then comes back. I can’t identify a pattern to it but I don’t know if I’m miscarrying!!! No pain or clots, I wonder if anyone has bled consistently and still had a viable pregnancy x

StrawberryGoo · 16/11/2019 22:10

So sorry thirteen92, that’s really crap, but lots of people bleed throughout pregnancy and go on to have healthy babies. My sister for one, and I can think of 3 good friends of mine as well. I know it’s easier said than done but if EPAULET aren’t concerned that’s a great sign Flowers

EmBrum · 17/11/2019 05:46

Morning, I've just retested in the hope it still says 3+ weeks (after early scan yesterday showed nothing yet) - my test this morning said "Not pregnant" - omg I'm absolutely devastated. I don't understand how you can have 2 BFPs and then 3-4 weeks later nothing. But no bleeding. Is that a missed miscarriage? Chemical pregnancy? Not a clue what to do now? Presumably I cancel my booking appointment on Thursday? :(
Sorry if this worries others too. I'm just so at a loss x

Squisha82 · 17/11/2019 09:37

@EmBrum I'm so sorry your going through this, it must be terrible not knowing what's happening. Could you badger your doctors enough to give you an appointment ASAP and talk through what's happened? I hope you're ok x

StrawberryGoo · 17/11/2019 10:52

embrum

I am so sorry to read this. I would call your midwife and see what she recommends as a way forward Flowers

1sttimemamasel · 17/11/2019 15:54

@EmBrum so sorry to hear what you’re going through! Could you speak to the midwife or call EPU at your local hospital see what they advise you to do? Hope you’re ok though. Xx
