Hello Everyone!

I am due my second baby on 27th June 2020. I thought I would start a separate thread for those due at the end of the month as I don't know about you but I feel a bit left behind in the June thread Grin. Maybe we can have people from 20th June to 4th July in here? Then we will all be super close!

Maybe we can comment with a bit of info so I'll start:

Due date: 27th June
Baby: #2
TTC cycle: 6
Symptoms: nausea when hungry and hot flushes

I'm so tired too, but if I lay down and actually try and nap I'm wide awake. But if I'm busy making dinner or shopping etc I can feel my eyes just getting heavier and need to rest!

I'm only 6 weeks today! Nothing like my first pregnancy.

Outdoorsygirl · 06/11/2019 17:16

Hi Everyone,

Can I please join this thread?

I am just 5 weeks pregnant so most of you are a little ahead. I found out at the weekend but had symptoms before testing. This is my first pregnancy and I am really very excited but also trying not to get to carried away during these early stages, just in case.

I've been struggling with extreme tiredness for a few days and already had to cut down on amount of cardio I do. I've also had a bit of nausea and been off a lot of foods. But all day today I've had worrying bad lower back pain, it sort of feels like my period is about to start. Has anyone else felt like this early on? I'm starting to worry, but telling myself it's just early growing pains. Any advice would be great though thank you!

Congratulations to you all as well, I hope you all go on to have happy and healthy pregnancies Smile x

Blizy · 06/11/2019 18:16

Congratulations outdoorsygirl! Try not to worry too much about the pains, I had similar and still do occasionally.

Bikbikmum · 06/11/2019 19:21

Hi Ladies, 6+3 today, I still have no morning sickness or nausea, is it normal? I have abdominal cramps, super sore breasts and very tired. Does everyone have to have morning sickness? Or when does it usually start?

Outdoorsygirl · 06/11/2019 19:26

Thanks @Blizy it is hard to ignore them but trying my best! Also super tired and so just trying to listen to my body. How far along are you?

Blizy · 06/11/2019 19:48

I think I'm 7 weeks tomorrow. I have an early scan tomorrow, I'm feeling terrible nauseous and exhausted all the time.

1sttimemamasel · 06/11/2019 20:09

@Bikbikmum I’m the same hun haven’t had any morning sickness yet and hardly any nausea, just really sore boobs and exhausted. Have suffered with upset tummy quite a lot. I’m 6 weeks x

Bikbikmum · 06/11/2019 21:02

@1sttimemamasel good to hear that I am not alone :) although I am grateful having no problems, it also makes me anxious as if sth might be wrong...

EmBrum · 06/11/2019 21:41

@Bikbikmum me too - so glad you raised it. I heard that aboit 70% get sickness / nausea but that means nearly a 3rd don't- keep telling myself that it's still ok... hopefully all is well and we're just lucky so far xx

Outdoorsygirl · 07/11/2019 06:33

@Blizy ah congratulations! Good luck for your early scan today!

emzyemz85 · 07/11/2019 07:22

I had my bloods taken and my HCG levels have risen yayyyyy :)
I have a scan booked in tomorrow!!! GrinConfused

Smiffette · 07/11/2019 10:08

Hi all, just catching up on recent posts!
I'm 8+3 and the last few days my nausea has definitely improved which I am grateful for but also makes me a little worried. Confused
Only 3 more days until my early private scan so hopefully that will put my mind at ease and I can really start to fully embrace the happy side of finally being pregnant!

Still trying to keep it a secret, only 3 people know... I definitely don't want work colleagues to know just yet especially not before we've announced to family, that just seems really unfair.
Luckily no one has outright asked me, which I would be massively annoyed if they did. I do think that's incredibly rude and takes away the excitement of announcing it when you are ready!

Hope everyone is doing ok this week!

Blizy · 07/11/2019 14:06

I had my scan this morning, by my dates I'm 7 weeks today however the embryo was measuring around 5 weeks, it had a healthy strong heart beat though! I have another scan in 2 weeks. I hope everyone is doing well.

SunnyFlover · 07/11/2019 15:49

Hi all, can I join? Today I have found out I am 5 weeks pregnant ❤️ Little pea is due Early July 2020... Perfect gift to my mum who is turning 60 same week as due date, and it's her 1st grandchild out of 3 of her over 30's daughters... BIG news to the family coming this Christmas! ☺️ I think you can see my mind is exploding!

honeybee1986 · 07/11/2019 18:09

Congratulations to all you ladies !
Had a scan last week and could see little heart flickering at just over 5 weeks 😍
Had some bleeding so it was such a relief .

Is anyone starting to get insanely tired now ?
And a sicky feeling quite often ? I've found that eating little and often is the absolute key as getting hungry ( which is all the time 😬) seems to really set it off . Warm squash really helps too . Hope everyone is ok xx

Squisha82 · 07/11/2019 18:44

@honeybee1986 aww good news about your scan. I've got mine booked in for next weekend.
Absolutely with you on the exhaustion. I'm eating constantly too and still feel nauseous.... hope this gets better in the second trimester. Thanks for the warm squash tip, I'll try it!

BabyBird20 · 07/11/2019 19:13

@honeybee1986 aww congrats!! It's so lush to see that little heartbeat!
I'm so with you on the warm squash! I miss tea so much as was a massive addict but I just can't drink it anymore without it making me feel grim!

Cca7 · 07/11/2019 19:24

Hi sveryone!

Please can I also join? This is my first, due on 25th June and conceived on my 1st cycle of trying. Came as quite a surprise but a very very welcome one! Fortunate to have no sickness so far, but incredible levels of tiredness. Hoping it won't last for the entire pregnancy!

honeybee1986 · 07/11/2019 20:54

Yes it's odd how we go off tea and coffee 🤷🏼‍♀️ I used to have loads before !
Even the thought of it now makes me feel queasy . Miss the warm drink so squash is hitting the spot ! Got another scan in 2 weeks to check all progressing . Congrats to all the new ladies 🥰

PassTheWater · 08/11/2019 08:41

I’ve been watching this thread since I found out I had a positive pregnancy test but have held off on joining the discussion as I still constantly worry about how far I will get!
35 years old (almost 36)
1st pregnancy
Trying for 18 months
Was 2 weeks away from first fertility appointment when the positive test came!
Currently 7+5 but will be going for an early pregnancy scan next weekend to ascertain viability. I can’t wait for another 4 weeks without knowing!
Constantly tired, constantly hungry (And therefore nibbling) until about 3pm most days and constantly avoiding pub catch ups to avoid unwanted questions!
These early stages are a tough gig!
Oh, and my boobs hurt SO much. Who would have thought rolling over at night would be a juggling act!

honeybee1986 · 08/11/2019 09:29

@passthewater many congrats to you , what a surprise that must of been! Obviously meant to be 😍

Best of luck with your scan xx

SunnyFlover · 08/11/2019 10:27

Ladies, I am new to this all, so is it all tea that we can't drink..? Green tea etc? Or can we drink de-caf tea? X

HL123 · 08/11/2019 20:05

I had an early scan today to check everything's going ok, and also because there are a few sets of twins in the family. Only one baby in my scan though! Measuring 8 weeks 2 days. It's made it feel very real and exciting (but scary!) now

Due end of June/start of July 2020
EmBrum · 08/11/2019 20:42

@HL123 lovely to see this! I really hope mine is ok too - 1 week until early scan. 🤞

Squisha82 · 08/11/2019 20:53

@PassTheWater congratulations on your news!
Your timings and symptoms are pretty much mirroring mine so sounds like we are on similar journeys. Can't wait until next weekend for the scan, I can breathe a little after that
