Hey all!

Looks like we filled up the first thread pretty fast! Took me a while to realise why I couldn't send a message.

This is the first thread I've ever created, so hopefully I've done it right.

I'm going to tag the most recent users that commented, so sorry for a lot of the people that I miss. Hopefully everyone will find this.

Guuuuys my lovely husband made an enormous roast dinner. Roast beef, horseradish sauce, loads of veg, pigs in bloody blankets!! I was so scared I wouldn't be able to eat it and keep it down... but I did. I'm so happy I could cry Grin it's like my body needed the equivalent of a Christmas dinner to just sit in my tummy like a brick. Don't feel nauseous at all!

PrincessConsuela12 · 08/09/2019 18:03

@AloeVeraLynn Funny you should say that, I was feeling sooo sick in the week but I really wanted a roast so we had one (I actually had loads, DH was shocked my plate was clean 😂) and it made me feel so much better!

@Sussexbythesea84 Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

I am 6 weeks today and getting some pretty uncomfortable and sharp cramping with some brown spotting, it's really worrying me 😞

Sussexbythesea84 · 08/09/2019 19:40

I had bright red blood straight away. I’ve passed some large clots and I think that’s my baby journey over.

I’m going to get checked out tomorrow morning to be on the safe side though

Sunshine8888 · 08/09/2019 20:35

I’m so sorry @Sussexbythesea84. How far along are you? Have you had any scans previously? Thinking of you 💕

Sussexbythesea84 · 08/09/2019 21:10

I was 8/9 weeks. No previous scans as we wanted to wait for the 12 week scan.

Thank you for your kind words x

Just checking in how is everyone doing? So soon until all of the 12 week scans start happening :)

Sorbfsiabs · 10/09/2019 18:32

Also I'm online for the next couple of hours or so if anyone else wants adding to the secret Facebook group. There are over 50 of us, and you don't see it on your profile, send me a DM x

Can't wait to get to 12 weeks and relax/enjoy things!

Leag1 · 10/09/2019 18:37

First time posting. I'm 10weeks and 4 days. Haven't told anyone yet, I went with my husband for an early scan last week but we are now away until October so going for my 12 weeks scan at 15 weeks. Has anyone been in this boat before? Unsure if we should tell people (meaning parents) before we get back

PurpleViolin · 10/09/2019 21:49

@Leag1 welcome. I'm holding off telling as long as possible.

My sickness has massively ramped up. Feel awful. Not complaining love my hormones are doing their thing but omg I feel rough Envy

ChancePeace · 11/09/2019 08:28

I need to get booked in with a midwife but feel uncomfortable making an appointment with my GP as I’ve had issues with them and their behaviour towards me. Does anyone know if you have to go through a GP or is there another way? I’ve read that you can go to a children’s centre, I have a local Sure Start place do I just walk in? It’s all very confusing
