Good luck TT - hopefullt by now you are cuddling you DS.

Massive nesting spurt this weekend and cleand whole house, car and fridge and freezer. Even set us moses basket and car seat in the car so am all ready.

Have my pre-op appointment this afternoon in preparation for my CS on Thursday. I can feel LO is still firmly breech so I really think this is it now and this is the way she's going to arrive.

Can we have a new thread now as my very slow home dial up really struggles with this long thread?

loler · 20/08/2007 11:59

As TT and BB are no longer with us (well don't quite know about TT!) shall I do it?

New thread here

Just spent a small fortune in M&S buying semi-ready meals. Still there were a few on buy one get one half price!

Freezer nicely stocked for a few emergency meals

Pram arrived so we're sorted.

So, baby, any time you're ready

hi, haven't caught up yet but just to let you know had my beatiful baby girl by c-section on Friday - 8lb 1/2oz. unfortunately low lying placenta didn't move so had to have c-section, everything went ok and came home yesterday. quite painful, but just glad to be home.

Anyway, congratulations to all those who have had their babies whilst I've been away and not long now for those who haven't yet. will try to catch up on all the news now whilst DD sleeping.

conkertree · 21/08/2007 16:39

congratualtions saturn - there is a post natal thread now for august babies too so come and join us there

itchyncsratchy · 22/08/2007 17:28

Yoohoo! I'm back!!

The wee lassie Mila/ Isobel (still not decided!) was born at 12.30 last Friday 7lbs 6oz. C-section absolute dream, until getting out of bed.. but it's not too bad really.

This baby is incredible tiniest dinky beauty we ever saw, we're all feeling like we've fallen in love (that's me, dp & ds) She's totally calm always asleep, rarely cries. We've been blessed! But the lengthy sleeping has it's downside, I'm horribly over-engorged, terribly painful bowling ball breasts and cracked nipples as it's hard for her to latch on to these monster boobs.

But yes we're all blissed out chez itchy!

Now I'm going to scroll down and see how everyone else is, photos to follow..
