I actually have zero libido and we have only attempted sex once since becoming pregnant and It wasn't amazing really.
But worried about that but I'll deal with it after baby comes and I'm healed.

Here's my bump. I think it's reasonably small for 34 weeks??

@fortheloveofscience I think it's probably more common than you think. I definitely have zero interest or inclination but it's not forever.

Absolutely no inclination to have sex whatsoever. Literally would bat that thing away if DH came at me with it. First and second trimester was fine but since reaching about 27 weeks absolutely not!!!

@Fortheloveofscience I have no desire either, the other day was the first time in weeks (and only because it was our anniversary)!

Such a lovely bump @Whisky2014 I'm not getting mine out, no one needs to see that! It is small compared to mine, but I'm guessing you were a size 10 pre pregnancy? I was an 18 and my stomach muscles are fucked from having Dd 😂 I feel huge this time. The only upside is DH is determined to lose weight so he's said once I'm ready we'll do it together.

@Florencenotflo oh I think I love you. But no not a 10..I wish! I'm a 12 to 14 although more realistically a 14. Id say i still feel a 14 just with the bump now.
I actually think that I drank a fair amount before pregnancy that the calories I've not consumed from that have kept me at my size. But hey..still 6 weeks left for me and that's alot of baby growing to do!!

Yes @Whisky2014 with dd I was quite small bump wise. I finished work and that last 4 weeks I just exploded! This time I've gone big early!

I was quite overweight with dd and ended up being 2 stone lighter the day we came home than the day I found out I was pregnant. But like you said, no alcohol and I really eat better when I'm pregnant. So it's no wonder really. This time I seem to have lost my love handles and gained a bump. So from the front I do look slimmer.

I'm a size 8/10 normally and bigger than whiskey but i have 0 stomach muscles thanks to this being dc5 and i know i make chunky babies

Is there a way to tell now if my stomach muscles are fucked or do I need to wait and see after birth?

@whisky2014 Diastasis Recti is probably the main thing to look out for. apparently you can check during pregnancy - www.pregnancyexercise.co.nz/how-to-check-for-diastasis-recti-during-pregnancy/

Sorry @Whisky2014 didn't mean to worry you. Mine weren't officially fucked, I'm just overweight, unfit and have no muscle tone in general 😂

I still think I look much more fat than pregnant (no-one deserves the sight of my jelly belly bump). I just about managed to get down to a size18 before I fell pregnant. But since then, I've been free with the carbs and portion sizing has never been my strong suit. Oh well.

Major kudos to those able (let alone willing) to still DTD. I've had zero interest for months now. And with all this warm weather, having the furnace that is my DH near me is unbearable.

The smells coming from my bottom are terrible - it seems to have regressed back to the first trimester maybe it'll give the new guy the incentive to work alone today

Am dying on my arse today. Woke at 2am and that was it...read, ate, listened to some hypnobirthing relaxations....nada.
Straight into a safety meeting after a dodgy drive in and incompetent getting ready. I'm training some new apprentices later - i think my face might be effective birth control! Thank goodness its Friday!

I met up with some of my running friends last night (not ran since finding out I was pg after falling flat on my face during a run) and they threw me a surprise baby shower. Nothing fancy - a few games in the pub, but it was lovely and unexpected. I'm not a baby shower type at all, but I was so chuffed.

My bump is huge but I carry fat on my belly anyway so I have a bump and a belly now. Go me (ffs).

Don't think it's so bad from the front, then I turn side on and it's like a bloody eclipse.

32 weeks today and growth scan done. Both babies still ok and head down.
Twin 1 (girl) now estimated 4lbs and twin 2 (boy) 4lb 6.
So combined 8lb6 which is bigger than what my son weighed at birth. I reckon these 2 are going to be nice healthy weights at birth guessing around 6lbs ish

Everyone kept asking me about a shower but tbh I feel like they seem granny (not like yours that's a surprise for you). Anyhoo, my mum said all my friends had been asking her so I decided I would have a prosecco tea party thing. Not calling it a shower and I've stated no gifts. Looking forward to it!

Currently in midwife unit bring monitored for movements because feels like baby has gone wild!

Hope everything is fine Whisky2014 and baby just senses it's Friday so is having a party in there.

I get emails about the active threads on the What to Expect When You're Expecting msg boards, and some second timers have a "sprinkle" instead of a full on baby shower because the mum usually has everything they need from no.1. I usually think their funny ideas are a bit wank, but I do like the sound of a sprinkle! Seems much more fun and less gift-orientated.

Here is my 30w bump btw- very jealous of all the neat and petite ones! I don't think I should have bought so many maternity tops with horizontal stripes tbh.

Thanks for all your reassurance yesterday about lack of sex drive, it’s such a relief to hear I’m not the only one that’s been feeling like this for the whole pregnancy. I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without you ladies to share things with, I really believe it’s made such a difference to my mental state over the last few months.

Boodles that is a LOT of weight of baby, but good to hear they both sound so strong and healthy.
