@Stroan yes!! Just read on the nhs website that if you are doing aqua natal classes the water shouldn't be above 32. Will get DH to re-set it when he gets up. I'm now planning on floating in there for the next 4-6 weeks 😂

Sounds bliss. Our neighbours have one, I wonder if they might take pity on me and let me take up residence?

Last Thursday the air con in the office at work sprung a leak so the whole thing’s had to be turned off Sad. Bare legs and birkenstocks all the way today!

Horrendous night’s sleep. Was worried I hadn’t felt enough movement so stayed awake til 12 monitoring, then woke up at 2.30, 3.30 and 5.30 before getting up at 6 Angry. Got a Skype with Germany at 8.30 this morning and really not feeling it...

Awful nights sleep here too. When I lay down, the twins migrate to my ribs. I literally have no bump below my belly button, it's weird but so so painful. I suppose they are running out of room but I don't know how to get them to move down when I'm horizontal, other than sleeping completely upright!

In other news, my work colleague had her baby yesterday, 11lb 2 Shock !!

Wow boodles did she have GD?

I slept ok last night for first time in ages but only because I had a decent painkiller before bed. I only take them at bedtime bed when I'm desperate because they knock me for six but they are the only thing that gives any relief from the spd.

Going to put some of the nappies through another wash and get them out on the line since it's so nice!

@Moraxella re MA- if you've not even had a text I'd ring up and check it's not lost in the system...

boodles that is one LARGE baby!

easter how are you managing with the spd and getting up in the night for the loo? Are you taking codeine? Do you find they last you all night? What strength? I nearly fell over when i got up in the night Sad i had stopped taking codeine as wasnt sure when the cut off point was!

easterbuns not that I'm aware of. First baby too! That's a whopper!

@IVEgottheDECAF I will be honest I only take the codeine maybe once a week at bedtime when I'm desperate, I was taking them regularly every day in previous pregnancies but I can't handle them at all now they make me totally wasted and knock me out! It's dihydrocodeine 30mg I've got and it knocked me out so much I was only up once for a pee instead of usual 3-4 times. Woke up bursting though and back to being sore but at least I feel well rested. It's the turning in bed that kills me otherwise, feel like both sides of pelvis are cracking apart in other directions when I attempt to turn.

@ivegotthedecaf @easterbuns1I've not found the codeine to help at all. I've only taken it twice as I'm so worried about the baby needing to be weaned off it so try to only use it when I feel really desperate for a good night sleep. But it's really not helped at all.

Rolling over is just absolute torture. I sometimes wake up and cry because I know I have to roll over to get some relief but rolling over is just complete hell.

I'm glad DH is sleeping in the spare room and there's no witness to my middle of the night loo trips. It's getting a bit ridiculous now, can take 20 minutes to get there and back and we have an en-suite FFS.

If one more person tells me to bounce on a ball I'm going to bounce it off their head.

It's shit isn't it @Stroan? I don't think my dp realises just how sore I actually am because I've been trying not to complain, but he laughed at me wincing on the sofa last night and I could have murdered him. I remember feeling instantly better once baby was born last time so hoping it's the same this time!
