Kicking off a new thread since the last one if nearly full!

PS am sure on my dates but do they then get superseded by the size of the baby?

@agteacht your midwife will use the scan dates from now, it's only a few days so won't make much difference from here.

Mine was brought forward by a whole week but I do make big babies.

That's great @agteacht, I think they go by the measurements. I've moved by a day to 27/11. Baby was not being cooperative, had to shoogle about to get them into position for the measurements they needed. Other than that a lovely wee thing, managed to get better pictures than the private one too so they're the right way up.

10+4 today and still no scan date here so I decided to call the hospital, good job I did because they have no record of me. I now need to chase up the midwife that I booked in with. Great 🤦‍♀️😂

Ahh fantastic news @agteacht and @smartcar. Are either of you going back for more measurements? I have to do a quad test as they didn’t get the neck measurements. @pickledegg good job you chased them, hope you get the scan booked soon

Had my scan today and all is well and EDD been moved closer so I'm now the 7th . I'm so grateful all is well after first trimester dramas.

hello all and congratulations I'm new to this thread but am currently 12wk 3days pregnant with 4th child,due date is 7th of Dec but got 1st scan on Sunday.... so excited but nervous too!

Got my scan on Monday. Can't wait!

It was due to be on Friday 31st but that is my last day (due to redundancy) and my husbands last day (due to getting a new job) so we moved it to when we were both off.

I am nervous as the stress of redundancy is making me scared I have hurt the baby! My husband tells me not to panic but you just can't help it can you?

So lovely to see all the scans and how people are getting on. 12 weeks today so off the the next trimester we go!

Managed to sort out the scan drama and I finally have a date. June 11th! Waaah it seems so far away!

I've finally hit 13 weeks guys yay! Last week of the first trimester!! All my symptoms seemed to have calmed down a lot thank goodness, altho I'm still hungry all the time! Just counting down the weeks again till I can see my little bean again! Gotta wait till the 17 of July when I'll be exactly 20 weeks but I cant wait to find out the gender. I don't no why but I have a strong feeling it's a girl? Everyone else is saying boy, and in the beginning I was too, but something in my head is telling me girl! Time needs to hurry up!

Who is finding out the gender?

My husband wants to but I don't, it's causing a disagreement!! I just never get surprised by anything so I feel like this would be really lively to keep a surprise until the day.

*lovely - though no doubt lively too...

@agteacht We’ve decided not to find out for the same reason as you - there just aren’t enough surprises these days so I want to take it when I can!

Congrats on all the scans so far this week and good luck for those to follow - I have mine at 9.30am tomorrow morning! (Take 2 after being sent home last time )

My scan went well and my dates were spot on! So pleased to be heading into the 2nd trimester tomorrow!

We’re going to keep the gender a surprise too. But it just means more names to think of!

We found out gender with the first two, we kept #3 a surprise and it was lovely, can't decide with this one. Husband wants to find out, I'm undecided but will probably cave at the scan!

I can’t decide either. I think probably keep it as a surprise, as if we decide to tell the boys they would definitely tell other people and then there’s not much left to announce. Because we have two ds’s I think everyone around us thinks we’ll want a girl but I really don’t mind as they all have such unique personalities.

@elephantmarch I have girl, boy, girl! My son is hoping for a boy so I'm secretly hoping for one to even the score and so he gets his brother 😂 Poor lad has had enough of his sisters haha but seeing as my youngest is a girl we already have all the clothes etc!
