Hi all

Welcome to the new thread. The list of names is HUGE! It might be a better idea to start a new list after 12 week scans so we have up to date due dates. It also allows those who have bad news but don't want to share it to leave quietly if they so wish.

I don't even have a scan date! Hurry up and end first trimester.

I'm 13 weeks tomorrow and looking forward to the bloat subsiding soon! Have only told a families and a handful of friends so far. Is it really weird to find it strange telling people? It's like all of a sudden you're admitting you're an actual adult! Lol (and I'm 31 so I should feel like this anyway!). In other words, I haven't got the urge to shout it from the rooftops yet!

OctoberGirl91 · 31/01/2019 09:20

1pm so waits going be a killer! I'll o my be 11 weeks that day though as midwife went off LMP and not my ovulation, you will remember I ovulated really late nearly 4 weeks after my Period! Poppy012 good luck for Wednesday xxx

OctoberGirl91 · 31/01/2019 09:22

Lovely Scan @PinkLady89x think our dating are going be similar I'm somewhere between 10,3 and 10,1 today! Lovely to get that confirmation.

You been having many symptoms?xx

ScotsBaby2 · 31/01/2019 10:10

@ss3ajb how did it go?

PinkLady89x · 31/01/2019 10:39

Thanks @OctoberGirl91 I'm so pleased it has been confirmed it's all okay. They also told me that my missed miscarriage that I had in August will be totally unconnected to this pregnancy now that there is a heartbeat and everything is fine - my last never got a heartbeat.
Anyway, I'm going to try and enjoy this up until the 12 week scan now. It was so cute seeing it wiggle around ❤️.
As for symptoms, I have to say that my boobs aren't sore anymore and my sickness is very minor compared to what it was! Over the last few days it's really declined. They told me that if I have any pain then it will be normal as long as there is no bleeding from this point forwards as we should expect cramping and pain as we grow - not that I've had any but still good to know!

OctoberGirl91 · 31/01/2019 11:25

Thank you @PinkLady89x very reassuring I had a MC in October I'm worrying over lack of sore boobs although sickness is still here, I have fear of scan after that horrible moment last time when you know somethings not wrong, I'll be glad to know everything is hopefully ok.

Really happy for you xxx

ss3ajb · 31/01/2019 12:13

@ScotsBaby2 I am keen to join the fb group but going to leave it until I’ve had the follow up scan next Wednesday.

marajade12 · 31/01/2019 13:43

Ps congrats on your lovely scan pics

curlywurlywooo · 31/01/2019 13:50

@ScotsBaby2 lovely photo, well done! 😊 ditto on the symptom free 😂
@ss3ajb another lovely scan 😊 it’s so nice seeing them all!
I had a midwife appointment yesterday and she had to retake my blood Shock because hospital wrote the wrong number on my blood samples! But feel so happy that everything’s progressing as it should! We get to hear the heartbeat in a fortnight (I always thought you heard it at ultrasound but I think I’ve watched too many American ultrasounds on YouTube!)

Cobblestones · 31/01/2019 13:58

Congrats on all the lovely scans!!

Wow symptom free pregnancy! :) that must be so reassuring to many.

@calmercomber pls add me to the list.

Dolleymix · 31/01/2019 18:48

All the lovely scan photos are making me quite emotional....pesky hormones!

CautiousOptimist · 31/01/2019 19:10

Hi, can I jump onboard please?! I had my 3 month scan yesterday at 13 weeks. Due 6th August.
This will be my 3rd baby, I have two boys already. I had to tell everyone (including my boys) very early because it's an IVF pregnancy and I had OHSS so literally looked 6 months pregnant when I was 4 weeks, all puffed up with water. It's been a very surreal 1st trimester and such a relief to see arms and legs waving on the screen yesterday!
Wishing everyone healthy happy pregnancies and babies.

ABearandABump · 31/01/2019 19:45

Loving all these scan pictures. Is anyone else starting to show? I told my manager last week and since then I seem to be getting huge. She even pointed out my bump Shock.

I've also just been getting my DS into bed and with the muscles expanding it felt like a pop on my right hand side. Hoping I've just snagged the muscle.

Xx

@ScotsBaby2 thank you! Just sent it x

curlywurlywooo · 31/01/2019 21:09

@ABearandABump I haven’t started to show under normal clothes but I have noticed changes in my own body! I can’t see my knickers when I look down and I can feel where the uterus is growing. DH reckons he can see I’m showing but I think it’s just because he is looking at my tummy lol!I am going to tell my manager tomorrow but going to try and wait til 20 weeks to tell everyone else!
