Part 3 already!

A list of those already on the bus. Welcome to newbies. It's the countdown to 12 week scans. I think I have nearly a month to wait though :-(

@Moncwf oh I didn't know that. Shall inquire with midwife! Thanks

@ScotsBaby2 still paper here. Just seem to remember they said it just sits at the hospital archive. Wonder how many more years it would take for it to be digital Hmm

ScotsBaby2 · 08/01/2019 14:21

@Twitwooo you can request them.

Ninunina · 08/01/2019 16:07

Not really sure what I should do! I just saw some more mucousy blood, some of which looked quite fresh. Should I contact my doctor? It's similar to what I saw when I was 6 weeks.

EverythingNow · 08/01/2019 16:21

@ninunina I would, it's probably nothing but you won't be able to stop thinking about it. Hugs.

UnicornDust17 · 08/01/2019 16:30

Yes, I definitely would @Ninunina good luck x

starryeyed13 · 08/01/2019 17:10

@TDLO so sorry to hear your news. Wishing you all the best for the future.

@PinkLady89x @OctoberGirl91 I know how stressful it is when symptoms lessen or disappear. I went to my EPU yesterday and honestly if you have one near you I would really recommend it - really helped put my mind at rest. It's not necessarily a bad sign. Plus they can come back - after 4 days of no nausea it has hit me like a train today!

CalmerComber · 08/01/2019 19:00

Ultimate glam today - pissed myself while vomiting. Pregnancy is the absolute worst. Must get working on those pelvic floor exercises. Gross gross gross.

MrsRyan15 · 08/01/2019 19:15

@CalmerComber that really made me laugh (sorry)!!

I never realised that this pregnancy lark was so glamorous!

emma1224 · 08/01/2019 19:28

@CalmerComber oh bless ya 🙈 I sneezed and had the same prob
We are in this together 😂

Hope you are feeling okay xx

PinkLady89x · 08/01/2019 19:32

Hey ladies,
So the diarrhea seems to have not come back but the crazy gurgling feeling in my stomach is making me very nervous. I can actually feel it and hear it. Also it doesn't help that I've felt soo nauseous and today it's eased off to the point where I'm not sure I feel it at all. Ugh! I do still have sore nipples but yeah... I'm just convinced something is wrong ☹️

emma1224 · 08/01/2019 19:59

@PinkLady89x
Tummy gurgling is pretty normal I thought it's everything shifting about inside I put mine down to that anyway
And nausea being gone - try not to worry just embrace the time you feel better x

PinkLady89x · 08/01/2019 20:31

Thanks @emma1224. I look at things so differently now after my mmc. It's hard to stay positive in the early days x

ScotsBaby2 · 08/01/2019 20:38

@PinkLady89x I have a hurling tummy too. I had very loose stools for weeks in my first pregnancy. Once it went away around 20 weeks I got constipated... the glamour of pregnancy.

OP posts:
PinkLady89x · 08/01/2019 21:22

Thanks @ScotsBaby2 😊
I think mine might have been a bug because I had bad pains that woke me up and it was pretty intense on the loo! 😂
But the gurgling is quite strong this evening and I'm worrying that it's bumping the baby 😂.
I need help 🤣

orangefolly · 08/01/2019 22:26

Oh no @calmercomber you poor thing! Flowers Maybe it will be funny eventually?!

@Ninunina hope everything's okay, I'm sure it is but know it's worrying.

I've been having a couple of sharp pains in my lower abdomen today, probably just gas or stretching but it scares the life out of me every time. Only two more days then scan 🤞🤞🤞

ScotsBaby2 · 08/01/2019 22:36

@Ninunina I would give your midwife or early pregnancy unit a call tomorrow and see what they say. I hope you are ok xxx

Blueberry2018 · 09/01/2019 07:06

@Ninunina Really hope you get the answers you need today and hopefully baby is ok.

Half way through week 9 and my sickness is at its worst. It almost went and i thought fantastic but its back with a vengeance. Smells are setting me off, certain foods. Eugh, so exhausted ☹️. Some of you im sure are far worse than me though so i should be grateful 😊 x

Bakingabean · 09/01/2019 11:20

The nausea witch is back. dammit! I'm 11 weeks today and thought I was over the hump. Sadly not. Also didn't sleep very well, i think i woke every hour, and quite a few times felt sick.

And have discovered that water now has a funny taste- which it never did before, I always used to drink water over squash etc, but now I have to have squash as the water taste is making me feel ill.

@Cobblestones how are you feeling today?

KMic · 09/01/2019 12:11

It's back for me too @Bakingabean ... I couldn't make it in to work today! Just nausea though, still no actual sick!! So frustrating! I sooo hope it calms down at 12 weeks. I'm only 9+2 though!! Still a while to go!!

milly2000 · 09/01/2019 12:51

My morning sickness seems to be calming down a fair amount now I'm 9+3 but I'm just trying to make the most of the good days.

I have an early scan tomorrow and I'm so worried about it!!! I always convince myself there is an issue when I've had no reason to think there is 😩

QueenofFox · 09/01/2019 13:14

I seem to have one day on one off with nausea now, I'm eating my way through it and have put on so much weight already. Good luck to all those having scans.

I had a reassurance scan at 6wks but 12wk scan feels a long way away at 4 Feb. Have the NIPD (nhs harmony) on Monday and will find out sex (because it affects whether we have further genetic tests). Hope they don't give bad news.

Ninunina · 09/01/2019 14:07

My sickness seems to be a lot worse this week (10+4). I was brushing my teeth this morning and it brought on a massive puking session. My kids heard me and witnessed it all. They wanted to put me back into bed!

I haven't had anymore bleeding since yesterday. I haven't contacted my gyne yet. I just feel so pregnant right now. I can't do up my trousers anymore, my sickness is awful. If I see anymore blood I'll certainly call, but it's just been a really tiny amount.

RaindropsRoses · 09/01/2019 14:31

@Ninunina glad it's stopped and all sounding positive anyway x

@Bakingabean I also usually drink water but am needing squash atm. Anything with flavour anyway, squash, juice, the odd can of coke which seems to help settle the sickness a bit too if I sip it slowly.

I'm feeling so sorry for myself. Just had to come home sick from work and am going to have a nap now. So sick and so exhausted, was never this bad with ds1 and I'm only 7 and a bit weeks, just don't know how I can hide this if it goes on another month.

marajade12 · 09/01/2019 14:46

My sickness has gone completely, I’m 9+4. Trying not to worry about my lack of symptoms. Though the tiredness and achy boobs is defiantly still there.

emma1224 · 09/01/2019 14:48

Had a burst of energy for about an hour, that burst went very quick and now I'm curled up on the sofa with my bucket
Doctors have signed me off until my 12 week scan so my work worries have disappeared thankfully

Hope everyone starts feeling better xx
